Come take advantage of our dream home featuring three sets of large sliding glass pocket doors overlooking a lanai-covered SALT WATER pool all white walls, painted ceilings, and inspriational message decals or paintings and smart devices such as Alexa controlled thermostat & lights, fire stick TVs, & a security system (1 camera just inside the front door and 1 outside each entrance.)

If you are looking for a place to be able to get out on the water, you can use the kayak and/or paddleboard right off of the pier into the canals leading out to Tampa Bay, book a fishing charter, or rent a jet ski.

If you are looking to be active off the water, you can meditate or practice yoga from inside the house with a wondeful view, work out in the gym in the garage, enjoy a 2-mile walk or bike ride to Apollo Beach, play tennis at the local Raquet ball club, visit award winning beaches within 45 minutes-1 hour, spend a day at Bush Gardens, Disney, Universal, LegoLand, or go on a shopping spree at one of the outlet malls or indoor malls around the area.

The home is located about 30-45 minutes from the Tampa Airport, Raymond James Stadium, and the Tampa Bay Lightning Amalie Arena.

Getting around

You will more than likely want a car to access the home and get around for food and entertainment. There is a Dollar General within walking distance. There are several grocery stores, a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, pizza delivery, and restraurants in the area. Apollo Beach Preserve is about 2 miles away. The Tampa Aiport is 25 miles away.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We aim to allow for a 3pm check in and 3pm check out with a 24 hour waiting period between each reservation to clean and prepare. We will be in communication with the guest on their estimated arrival and departure time.

Renters must be over the age of 18.

Maximum occupancy

At no point should any more than 12 people be on the property unless prior written approval has been granted by the host. Should a neighbor contact the host with complaints, the reservation will be cancelled and all guests will be considered trespassing. If needed, law enforcement will be called to remove trespassers.

House Rules

Overall
- Treat the home as if it were your own. Leave the house as you found it (with the obvious exception of used towels, linens, etc.).
- No illegal activity on the property. Suspicious activity will be reported to local police.

Smoking & Pets
- No smoking allowed inside or when any doors are open. No pets allowed on property.
Parties
- No parties allowed. A small gathering may be allowed if people are calm, sober, and respectful ONLY with advance permission from the host.

- Weekdays & Weekends 10pm EST

Important Things To Note
- Water Access - You are taking full responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself and all guests on property during the rental period. If any kids can’t swim, all doors should remain closed, locked, and children must be supervised at ALL times especially when outdoors.
- Water Safety - It is not safe to swim in the canal. At the beach, do the stingray shuffle. Do not swim in the canal especially in summer as it can be a bacteria breeding ground. Muscles, clams, and shells on the canal floor, sea wall, pier and docks can slice your feet open with little pressure. Note: Swimming is not allowed at Apollo Beach. Signs are posted as such. People have recently drowned after swimming and disregarding the signs.

Eating/Drinking on Furniture
- When eating/drinking at the sofa table, make sure a blanket is covering back of the sofa to prevent stains should anything spill.

No Access Off Limits
- The Master bedroom closet will be locked and not accessible.
- Den/office just inside the garage door will be locked and not accessible.
- Fireplace - Off limits, can’t be used.
- Boat and Boatlift - Off-limits and can’t be used/accessed in any way.

Follow all instructions posted in each room.
- Use instructions in each room to operate Alexa on select fans, lights, TV, etc.

Safety
- For your protection, the driveway, garage, lanai pool area, and front main entryway (both inside and outside) have video cameras posted.
- Fire extinguisher under sink in kitchen. Ensure propane is off when not in use.

Cancellation Policy

We try to be understanding and fair with our cancellation policy. We will treat others as we expect to be treated. We handle each situation on a case by case basis based on what is fair with each situation.

For example, if we cause a host to lose out on potential earnings they can't rebook, we fully understand some, if not all, of the amount paid will not be refundable. BUT if the host is able to rebook the same dates with another reservation, we expect to gain some if not all of the amount paid back.
