Arkansas vacation rentals

We had a very nice three night stay at Hans's place. The location is good, near marinas, boat slip and not too far from Heber Springs. The cabin is comfortable and peaceful with outdoor seating and a place to grill. The listing states that the cabin will accommodate 6 people. That includes a loft area that we, frankly, don't believe is a safe option for adults or children. There is a very steep "staircase" with no handrail of any kind leading up to an open area with a full-sized bed. We didn't have children with us, but if we did I would be very concerned about them climbing on that and hurting themselves. But even adults could fall while carrying luggage up there, or hit their head on the low beamed ceiling. Conclusion, if you don't need to use the loft area, and you don't have small kids, this is a great place to stay.

For someone who tends to be disappointed with the cleanliness of most hotels and rentals, this was a pleasant surprise. The whole house was clean and comfortable. What a blessing when you’re trying to enjoy time away from home! Jennifer was so easy to work with. Great communication. Responded quickly. She answered all my questions, made suggestions for food and recreation, and made both check-in and check-out such a breeze. The bike shed was really helpful. The record player was fun. And the house had all the conveniences of home with a coffee pot, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, fresh linens, everything we needed! The only reason I gave four stars on “location and neighborhood” is bc I got a little nervous the first day we pulled in. The neighborhood kind of left something to be desired. And when we got to the house, the yard was overgrown. So I was worried what the inside would be like. But once we got in there, it was totally true to its description and reviews! And we had a great time. We just let the front yard contribute to the treehouse feel of the backyard which was beautiful and peaceful and lovely. I wouldn’t have even mentioned it if it hadn’t asked me to rate the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Really Nice!! We loved our stay. It was all we could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked anything you wanted including an Insta Pot (which I used). Really nice pots and pans and a induction cook top. Which I had never used before. Loved have one ordered for my kitchen smile ☺. Also ordered the same pots and pans they had. They worked great! If your a cook you will love it! The fishing was great! right off the shoals by the cabin. We caught and released sooo many!!Mostly rainbows and a couple of browns.There is a local ground hog that comes up on the bank every morning. We saw eagles and enjoyed the peacefulness. It is very quite there. Fires in the evening inside and out were fantastic. We brought our own wood but the owners did supply one time wood for the outdoor fireplace. This is our 4th visit to the cabin.It now has new owners and they have made so many nice improvements! The porch is fantastic with glass panels all the way around the railing that allows you to veiw the whole river when sitting on the porch. Very nice! Internet works great! Cellular not so much so we used wifi calling which worked great! There is a land line as well. It is a gated community but not crowded at all actually semi private!! We felt safe at all times.I highly recommend. The location the house, everything is fantastic! We loved and will be back! Chris was always quick to answer any questions you might have.We had fresh flowers and a basket of snacks awaiting us on our entry! Orange Juice and Small Milk in the fridge and the condiments you need. And a share pantry that had everything from flour, sugar, coffee etc Exceptional hosts! Couldnt get to billard balls. Refrigerator in billard room leaks water from freezer and drops on food below and then freezes. Toliet paper holder in master bathroom was already broken when we got there. Only one towel each was not right. Crisper drawer in refrigerator is broken before we got there. The water dispenser paddle on outside od refrigerator sometime hangs up open and water goes on the floor. Commode seats are too small for large butt adults. Several light switches were broken. Was stuff left behind from previous guests and we just left it. No non stick skillets.

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Lindsey and Anthony's home was lovely and they were wonderful hosts. We were in town for only one day for a memorial service and this place was perfect. It was in a great location and close to everything we needed. Everything was so clean and tidy. More importantly, and something that I always make a point of putting in my reviews lately, is just how good of a host Lindsey is and how easy the stay was. So many AirBnB's require overly complicated check in processes and a laundry list of items to do upon checking out. Not this stay thankfully. The house was extremely easy to find, checking in and getting inside wasn't an ordeal, and checking out was straightforward. Also, Lindsey and Anthony left an arrangement of flowers and a sympathy card expressing their condolences for our loss. It was a very thoughtful gesture that showed me that they really do care and cater to their guests. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Jonesboro!

Dragonfly was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back! We had 4 couples, so the 4 bedrooms worked perfectly. The entire place was really clean. My wife and I stayed in the room with the futon so there was plenty of room for our 2 year olds air mattress or a pack n play. Each couple had a trailer and there was plenty of room to park. The separate garage was great to keep stuff in that we didn’t want to leave on the trailers and we even parked a couple of our atvs in it over night. We used the charcoal grill out back and the fire pit for s’mores! Linda was an incredible host, communicated very well and quickly. She even let us know it was muzzleloader season and sent us directions to the trails.

Riverfront Bliss was exactly as described! We had a problem with GPS, making a few unintended wrong turns to similar named streets. Laurell's house is on a quiet street. The lockbox was easy, letting us in to view the amazing open den. There was a bowl filled with treats, water, and a soda. All three bedrooms & baths were clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom had a stone fireplace and screened in hot tub room attached. Due to the extreme heat in mid-August, we didn't use the hot tub nor sit outside as much. Too bad, because the firepit looked enticing as did the dock area. Laurell had ingredients for a firepit favorite, smores! The Keurig coffee maker was easy with Kcups, sugar, and cream provided. The kitchen had all the essentials a homeowner would need to cook. The master bed was comfortable and the master bath filled with all the needed items. We may have to come back when the weather cools off. Nothing was lacking for a comfortable stay on the Red River!
