Spent a girls' weekend here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The owners have thought of everything. Everything is labeled, so you know just where everything goes and what every switch does. The cabin is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, clean, and incredibly comfortable. After this visit, I even asked what kind of mattress was in the rooms because they were so comfortable! We were able to use the hot tub in the snow, which I highly recommend. The setting is absolutely beautiful. The location is really close to town, and the drive back and forth is lovely- not to be missed! I was happy to be kid-free on this particular weekend, but I can gladly to report that this is a kid-friendly, pet-friendly house. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

The house was perfect for our needs. Very close to our son’s house, which is what we wanted. Very comfortable and great amenities throughout. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

What a beautiful place! The condo looks like it was renovated yesterday with all the modern amenities. 2 huge TVs and the bed is oh so comfy! Wait until you see the shower. This host has not missed a single detail and had every bit of information on the town at my fingertips. The host was available for all communication and made the stay super easy and was very accommodating. This condo overlooks a beautiful stream and has two chairs right outside to have your morning coffee. I met 2 neighbors that were totally awesome and asked if I needed any recommendations on what to do around town. I will definitely be returning as this host didn't miss one single detail. The condo is located within walking distance to town and the gondola to take you to the mountain village is a short walk along the beautiful river. Loved this place! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

Mary and Steve’s house was a perfect retreat for my weekend. I needed to stay in the Franktown/Elizabeth area for a birthday party, and the Pinery B&B was perfectly located for my visit. The guest space is a separate apartment with a private entrance. The immaculate apartment features a well equipped kitchen and drink cart loaded with snacks, tea, and coffee. There were fresh flowers in the bedroom and plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and lotions to use in the bathroom. They provided a binder chock full of information about restaurants and activities to enjoy. There are hiking trails in the area which I did not have time to try, but would be very interested in trying on a future visit. The king bed was very comfortable and as an added bonus there was a heated mattress pad on the bed which was quite pampering on the chilly nights. The home has a beautiful portrait-setting backyard which is visible from multiple windows in the suite, and deer are frequent visitors during the day and night. It was a special treat for me to meet their well-trained and friendly dogs. I arrived at night and the directions were spot-on! Mary was a great host and very attentive to my needs. She was always available for questions. I have stayed in various B&Bs around the world, and this was one of the best I’ve enjoyed. I hope to stay here again when I’m in the area. I was the last human on earth to try Airbnb. For years a staunch NO to the concept. My kids kept at me to try it so, I said fair enough I'll test my opinion. What have I been missing?! Crazy clean, a mattress I would love to have at home, warm blankets, a nice firebox, modern and perfectly scaled minimalist furnishings, exceptionally stocked kitchen. Just the right size unit for 2 people needing separate beds (I was traveling with my son) or two couples. And the location!!!!! Its at the Bridal Falls end of town which means direct access to hike or ride a bike up to the trailhead. No more than 3-4 minute walk to the best stores and eateries in town. 2 minute walk to the ski slope Gondola. No more than 5 minutes to the bike trail that runs along C145 where you can access Telluride Mountain Village Ski resort and beyond. You're also smack in the middle of some of the most beautiful Telluride side streets and homes wrapped in aspens and pines. Thank you Macey for a wonderful stay, you changed my opinion of Airbnb.

Mansi communicates great with easy & proactive details. We were able to check in 2 hours early which was nice. The place was clean but a bit stuffy. Loved the placement of furniture for 4 people to hang in the common area. The beds were super comfortable! The deck was accessible from each room & the livingroom. Yet one side was tucked in which gave you privacy from the other bedroom if they were on the deck too. The views were still gorgeous eventhough they don't match the pictures due to the drought. Yes, that traffic noise is constant but the doors block out the noise. Kind of an expensive stay for a few lows we had. All 3 hot tubs were warm & 1 didn't have working jets. 1 grill didn't work & the 2nd ran out of propane. A broom would've been helpful to remove the snow from the entry. The salt helped but it took a bit while we were carrying luggage down the stairs. Paying that price made us want to cook at home & the skillets were awful + no cooking oil. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

We came out for a weeklong softball tournament. This location is very central and was perfect for what we needed. We were 15 minutes or less from Coors Field, the aquarium, botanical gardens, museum and zoo. We made sure to visit all of them. As advertised, the ceilings are low and it is on the basement level. Host thought of all the amenities (literally even feminine hygiene products). There was plenty of space for the three of us. We used the oven and washer and dryer, and fans were provided to circulate air and block out some of the noise from upstairs movement. Although( we kept similar hours so nothing bothersome. Back yard is big and well appointed. Host is polite and responds quickly. We had an issue with the lock and he walked us through an alternative at a very late hour. Neighborhood was quiet and safe (well other than July 4th when we were treated to a free show by everyone around us). Definitely would recommend, and may return next year.

Chalet Anna was a perfect home for our family's Breckenridge vacation. It included everything our family of six adults and two young children needed for a satisfying week -- a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two decks overlooking the mountains, a hot tub, and a lower level TV room. The home also has six TV screens. Upon our arrival the home was spotless, with everything we wanted and more of kitchen utensils and appliances. It provided everything we needed to immediately start enjoying our vacation -- bed sheets and covers, towels, and paper products for initial use. One of the very best aspects of The home is it's location, four blocks from Main Street. It is very close to all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer, yet very quiet and almost directly across from a trailhead providing access to a number of trails on the hill above the home. We were staying during the week of July 4 and it was a great experience to gave a short walk to the 4th of July parade and to watch fireworks from the deck of the home. Maybe the best aspect of our rental experience was the owner's responsiveness to all of our communications before and during the stay. It was rare for him to take longer than a couple of hours to respond to email and he was always immediately accessible by phone. We did have a couple minor issues that we had to contact him for, and he came to the home and took care of them for us. The only suggestion we would make is to either provide fans for the upstairs bedrooms, or advise renters to bring them if they are renting the home during the summer months. Although the temperatures at night were in the lower 70s in the rooms we found that we would have been more comfortable with moving air. If we are able to return to Breckenridge for a family vacation we will definitely try to rent Chalet Anna. It really did provide a wonderful experience for our whole family.
