Mexico vacation rentals

At first the pictures looked to good to be true but upon arrival we were stunned as it was even better than advertised, the location is perfect and close to everything. The amenities were top notch and the service provided by Philip the host was amazing as well. If you are looking for a spacious 2 bedroom right on the ocean this place is as good as it gets and we will be going back many times.

6 Adults and 2 children (parents, brother, sister-in-law, their 4 and 2 year old, my girlfriend, and me) stayed 7 nights at this amazing property. Below are the key takeaways: -Communication and coordination with the owners pre-trip was responsive and clear, including pre-stocking of food/drinks for our arrival and transportation to/from the airport -The Property Manager (Enrique) was very helpful upon arrival and was on call when we needed anything or had issues at the house (eg something minor breaking) -Elba, the chef, cooked fantastic food two times a day and was very helpful with recommendations in town and transportation throughout the week. She also made great drinks! Having Elba to cook was an even better perk than we imagined! -Gloria, the maid, worked very hard to make sure the entire villa was spotless each day and we had fresh towels (which we used often). We appreciated her very much! -The villa and location was perfect for our family. The view from the dining room, living room, and patio/pool was perfect. The master bedroom was the star of the show in terms of the rooms and had the same perfect view. The location is within a gated complex with security so we felt very safe throughout. Also very easy to get a cab/Uber or bus into town. -The private pool was used multiple times a day by both the adults and children. The propriety also had access to a nice shared pool but we did not use that as often (except for early morning laps that I did. It is not a lap pool but one side was about 20m). -The beach and ocean was fantastic and so convenient (literally right outside the villa). They also had Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, body boards, and toys that same in handy! A couple of days had big, strong waves so we stayed away but was generally good for swim and play. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would come back again! Thank you to the entire Karaway “Family” for opening their villa to us and for the great hospitality.

Great experience. The village is very clean, safe, and decorated very well. Extremely close to all you need. The pool is such a bonus to cool off.

Greg and Silvia were very responsive and helpful from the start. They took the time to explain expectations and how to work things once you arrived. The place was very clean and we felt very safe here. Excellent hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to walk, bike, run, travel by taxi from. Amazing, private, and secure setting at Los Alcatraces. Quaint garden and pool allow for your personal experience to start and end the day in a serene setting. Room and amenities are fantastic and all you need. Coffee provided - I never drank coffee until I tasted this, couldn't get enough! Water is provided so you can fill up for the day's travels - huge perk as we saw many people lugging cases of water through town. Close to groceries, shopping, and everything you need. Bought food and snacks at the Mega grocery store (5 blocks away, straight shot) for breakfast and lunch and ate most of our evening meals off the main strip - Lobster Shack, King Burrito, Cuatro Taco, local bakeries, vendors. Prices will fluctuate at some shops/stores as cruise ships come and go. One day had 8 cruises in port and by night they were gone and you could move freely through the market place. We rented bikes for most the week and were able to travel up and down the coast line visiting various beaches, places, etc. Took a taxi over to the other side for less than a scooter rental. Read the fine print of all the rental agreements - they get you with the insurance requirements! Barter or ask to see the taxi fee chart if traveling longer distances around the island. We got three different responses when we first asked to travel across the island. We were advised and warned, but you get swarmed by the time share and rental people at the airport - Head straight to the Shuttle Rental/Ticket booth - to the left of the exit door to expedite leaving the airport. Used Trip Advisor to get little hints, advice, or reviews about areas and offerings to save a few dollars or avoid some pitfalls. People overall are very friendly and the more courteous you are they typically respond the same.

We had a great stay. We stayed for a month The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more. The hot water had a bit of trouble at the end but Mark was super fast about getting it fixed. My favorite part was the yard and pool, but really I have zero complaints. It was all good. The AC units worked great so you don't have to run them while youre gone to precool. You just turn them on and the room is cold fast. Mark is an excellent host who clearly puts thought into how he stocks the house. The kitchenware was good quality and it had everything we needed without being so overstocked that you can't find anything. It was all there and easy to find. The internet was super fast and could handle all the heavy files I had to upload and download for work, and it was great for all virtual meetings perfectly. We met great people at the pool, which was always either a very nice quiet pool that we got all to ourselves, or we shared it with a few really great people and had awesome conversations. it was never crowded or crazy. Speaking of the pool, it was always clean and unless it rained heavily the night before, it was always the perfect temperature.

This place is pretty amazing in terms of location, set up, and all the extras that are provided for guests. There are beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen, firm but comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and even a basket of incidentals under the bathroom sink (ibuprofen, sunscreen, first aid, all the things). There is also plenty if information to help navigate the town, restaurants, etc. The unit is literally right on the beach so the sounds of the waves and the sunsets are yours to enjoy. The pool looked amazing in the photos, but unfortunately it was drained and required maintenance our entire stay. The owner compensated us a bit to be able to go to a neighboring resort to enjoy their pool for a day or two. There is also major construction still happening on third building and you have to walk thru this and the parking garage to get to the units…or use the beach access. The complex felt safe and is definitely going to be top notch when it’s complete. The host is responsive and Iris (the property manager for the unit) is great. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for your next trip to San Pancho.

It certainly is self explanatory! We love this condo. It was our second stay: (Lily is her manager when she's renting. Another fabulous person in PV!! Hi Minda, OMG! Another lovely vacation at "Casa De Minda"! We are loving every moment! Our boys are having a great time and my wife and I are enjoying our 2nd trip to your fabulous condo! We copied you on a letter thanking Lily for the chef's she had recommended for our evening tonight!! my wife always provides the best in meals for our children and this time I really wanted to treat her to more than a home cooked meal! Lily really follwowed thru! Our friends had a chef last year.. As good as she was, nothing compared to the chef's that Lily sent over tonight! They were 2nd to no one! It was fabulous! We not only have enjoyed our 2nd stay in your lovely condo... but tonight was the topper! This is truly one of the best family vacations we have had! Our boys are now old enough to appreciate the finer things... and being 23, 20 and 19, they are young but definitely old enough to understand how special this vacation has been. You have really provided us with a fabulous place to have very special times together! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, as we begin week 2 of what has been one of our best times together as a family! That was our letter to her. This condo has everything and is very maintained. My only concern in writing such a great review is that someone will book it when I want to return. Lol! It's a find and certainly on of the best kept up places ever. The condo decor is very upscale and certainly involved a designer or owner with great taste!
