Imagine walking into a Joanna Gaines home. Such a simple, elegant, CLEAN (as if it were just built & never before used) home nestled in the woods. It even smelled like a brand new home when walking in the door!! Owners put their heart and soul into making your stay purely perfect. Relaxing music and sound, lights on showing off the beautifully decorated home (Elegant Farmhouse style) as S’mores kit waiting along with spice rack and a coffee bar await you as you walk in the door. The views from inside make you feel completely secluded in your own private home in the beautiful woods. This house feels so much bigger than you would think! Just walk outside to smell the amazing smells of pinion wood and campfires. There are SO many things to keep you and loved ones or friends entertained. If sitting around relaxing in heavy duty , beautful patio furniture on patio or around firepit sounds perfect- THIS is your place. Swinging hammocks and XL family hammock sits closely in view of the fire pit. Many outdoor games such as patio sized Conner Four, table checkers, (plastic and safe) knife type bullseye game, cornhole, mini putting green and kids playset with slide are conveniently and safely located all near the back deck. Now for the adults and “big kid” things to enjoy. You have got experience sitting in the hot tub on patio- (again in a beautiful secluded area surrounded by massive trees) watching a game or movie on a MASSIVE 100 inch screen like an outdoor drive in.

We booked this cabin for two nights for a group of 13 friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our stay was perfect! First of all, this cabin is beautiful on the inside and out, complete with every touch of comfort you could wish for. We love the modern design of the cabin and the decor. The master bedrooms and private bathrooms feel spacious and luxurious, and the game/bunk room is perfect for additional guests. Our group spent the majority of our time hanging outside on the huge porch, playing corn hole, or around the fire pit in the evenings. We also loved the hot tub and all the outdoor furniture, including the multiple swings and rocking chairs. We went to restaurants in Hochatown every day during our stay, and also visited Beaver's Bend Marina. The cabin is conveniently close to all these attractions but still feels secluded and quiet while you're there. It was also very easy to find. We will definitely recommend this cabin and hope to stay again.

This cabin is in a fantastic location. It is super close to all of the Hochatown attractions but far enough to still be in the woods. The cabin itself was perfect. Our kiddos loved the loft area and the barn doors to close when they went to sleep was perfect. The fire pit was close to the ropes course so we could sit and relax while they tested their ninja abilities. The master bed downstairs was great and we loved the comforter. The hot tub was by far the best hot tub we have used. We stay in Broken Bow frequently and I was highly impressed with the jets. The owner was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The welcome gift was a fun and thoughtful surprise. She even helped us get back in the door when my son locked us out trying the code too many times! It was cold and she was very quick at getting us back inside the warm cabin. We would absolutely stay here again. Very clean, very comfortable and all around a wonderful stay.

Where to even begin? From the impressive communication by Amanda, to the impeccably clean and cozy space, to the amazing amenities (to name a few: we truly enjoyed the vintage record player with bountiful collection of great records- they even had classic Christmas records available during this season!; the exciting assortment of children’s toys, games, and books; the hot chocolate bar and chai tea latte powder mix that we enjoyed far too often; the towels provided being super soft and fluffy; the natural first aid kit; the essential oil diffusers in every room; the fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials; the outdoor fire pit that we used to roast marshmallows; the large bathtub in the downstairs master perfect for unwinding after a long day…I could go on)...The Lodge on Twinkle Lane was such a cozy, lovely, home-away-from-home getaway that our little family of five needed. Amanda and her crew also had decorated the lodge for the Christmas season, and it added even more magic to the already lovely space. Carlton Landing at this time of year was very slow, so certain things are closed at random times, but The Meeting House coffee shop was open. We enjoyed the empty streets to let our kids scooter up and down the paths and go on adventures. We loved the nature trails, walking around the little town and finding all of its parks and nooks, like the bocce ball court. We also loved going down to the sandy beach front and hunting for rocks, clams, and taking in the views of the fall trees over the lake. All in all, it was just simply lovely. Amanda was an incredible host, always ready to answer any questions and help make our stay more comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories!

We had the best time in Broken Bow and it was in no small part due to our rental house! The Morning Glory home is so well stocked and appointed that we wanted for nothing! We loved spending our evenings down by the fire, in the hot tub or on the back patio curled up under comfy blankets. The home itself was impeccably clean, well organized, and cozy. It was a short drive from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park- where we spent two days hiking, playing in rivers and picnicking. Lindsey was a great host, fast to respond to questions and tried to accommodate all our requests!

We came here for my son’s 10th birthday and I cannot tell you how surprised he was when he saw everything this cabin had to offer!! From the milkshake maker which was supplied milkshake straws as well as a monster shake book to the board games and video game table all in the living room! Upstairs had several wall arcade games for all 3 of our kiddos and adults haha!! Upstairs also has own bathroom and 2 bunk beds with trundles so 6 beds with a huge projector for kiddos to watch movies at night! Don't get me started on the outdoor “play yard” it has axe throwing, large yard checkers, playground, tether ball, large yard connect 4, basketball arcade style, as well as a slide coming off the back porch and that was a big surprise and huge for the kids! Every night we made a fire, comfortable chairs by the way and we took advantage of the hot tub nightly, which was so relaxing!! They had everything in the kitchen that you needed. The entire cabin had more than enough plugin flashlights. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable! They thought of everything, I mean, everything! It was a nice birthday celebration for my son and a very relaxing time for this momma!! Communication with Melissa was excellent!! Thank you for allowing us to stay, everything was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable!!

We visited to attend mid America outdoor visions event, but we wanted privacy so we booked an airbnb 8 minutes down the road. This was only our second Airbnb experience and enjoyed every minute! When we pulled up we spotted the tire swing and cave which was super exciting after a 6hr trip. The owners stocked the cave with beer which was fun and unexpected. We finally made it into the house after 20 minutes of exploring. We were so excited to try the wood burning pizza oven so we unloaded and headed straight to the store. Came back, settled in, and enjoyed amazing pizza, salad, and beer on the back patio. After kiddos went down for the night husband and I relaxed in the hot tub. We spent most of our days at the event, but was so nice to come home and not have to rough it out in a camper all week. All the little details really made a difference with our stay. The gifts, the popcorn station for the kiddos, the coffee station for my husband, the little games throughout, the dance party in the livingroom, kiddos being able to watch cartoons in the morning, the firepit…even though it was super hot out we still had to build at lease one fire for the ambience, the convenience of being able to take a shower and get ready for the day, and lastly I never thought I’d say this…. But the washer and dryer lol. It was so nice coming home with clean clothes and not having a huge pile of work on my plate the minute I walked in the door after a long trip. Thank you so much for allowing my family to visit. I was just expecting a house in the woods so all the extras were just amazing and we are so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.

I can honestly say this was one of THE BEST AirBnB I have stayed in thus far that I was 100% impressed and satisfied. I have 6 small children and the fact of having a set of bunk beds with three beds each was perfect. This home is extremely large and kid friendly. Everything I could have possibly needed was there. There is a very large fenced-in backyard that my babies was able to play at with no worries of them running out in the street. I also loved how it was pet friendly, I have a 1 year-old Shi Tzu baby in which I was very happy to bring. I brought everything I needed for her (bed, toys, water & food bowl) just to realize all that was provided. All I really needed was her food. Also LOVED the fact that I could actually park my truck in the garage. I was really impressed with that. We were about less than 5 minutes from Lake Hefner and my babies loved it, as well as my fiance and I. I will most definately choose this as my living space when I return. Thank you Ashley.
