Minimum age limit for renters: 25
We do not rent to senior week or groups under the age of 25.
Payment Policy
We accept national bank checks and postal money orders. Additional payment arrangements can be considered.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage deposit will be returned with 10 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy
We will work with our vacationers if they need to cancel to reschedule for another time.
Notes
We are a family friendly rental but do not allow groups under the age of 25.
