Welcome to Yellow #3! A bright and homey one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and large bathroom. Enjoy easy access to all areas of Omaha or "Netflix and chill" in an apartment all to yourself! Includes wifi access and activities for all ages! Perfect for both those who enjoy a quiet neighborhood as well as those that enjoy being close to the bustling city life.This one bedroom apartment is a mixture of old architecture and modern updates. It is an upstairs apartment with two other units in the building (one across the hall and another downstairs). All three units have their own locked door so you will not be bothered by anyone else during your stay.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Please park in front of the house. The lockbox that contains your keys is located next to the front door and marked with a "3". We will send your code once your apartment is ready. The blank key opens the front door and the yellow key opens the apartment which you can find at the top of the stairs.

Check Out: 11AM

No parties or events

No smoking

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

Respect others in the building and in the neighborhood: No loud noise after 10:00 PM or before 7:00 AM

Check out is at 11:00 am. A $20 fee will be charged for a late check out.

A $20 replacement fee will be charged for missing or lost keys.

No smoking inside the Airbnb. or within 25 feet of the building. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking inside the unit.

All guests must be accounted for on the reservation. (Example: If two adults are staying, the reservation must be made for two adults)

Host must be informed if guests are bringing a pet. All pet waste and messes will be cleaned up and disposed of by the guest in a timely manner before checkout. Pets are not to be left unattended by guest.

Payment Policy

Please send an inquiry with your preferred method of payment (Credit card or PayPal). We will then send you the appropriate link and accept your booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of $250 dollars will be collected upon arrival of the guest and refunded upon inspection of the property on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel outside a period of 2 days before scheduled stay.
Guests will receive a refund of the cleaning fee if stay is canceled with 2 days of scheduled booking.
