A vintage 70s home with advantages. Convenient to Bryson City, Fontana Lake, Nantahala River, Great Smoky Mountains Railroad and many other Western North Carolina landmarks and attractions, visitors have so many choices to make for entertainment or relaxation. Right off the highway, easily accessible and provides all the needed amenities for an unforgettable vacation. Ample parking for your motorcycle trailer. Take an epic ride through the Smokies. Bring your boat, the lake is just minutes away. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is newly renovated. The kitchen provides all basic cooking essentials as well as a microwave, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. In the laundry room, guests have access to a washer, dryer, and iron and ironing board. The bathrooms have hairdryers and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. A game room with a pool table, foosball table, and board games will provide hours of entertainment. A large smart TV is in the comfy living room and each bedroom has a 32" smart Roku TV. The business center and WI-FI will allow guests to conduct any needed business. The fire pit and outdoor seating is a perfect place to enjoy dinner that is cooked to perfection on the gas grill. The house book is located in the kitchen.

Hello my name is Andy. My wife Katrina and myself would love to have you as a guest on your next trip through the Smoky Mountains. A little about us. I’m self employed and owns business where I manufacture a specialty leather belt for mechanics, electricians and musicians. Katrina works the school administrative office. She is the Curriculum Coordinator for the local school system. We have two grown/married children. Our daughter just had our first grandchild. I would show you a picture if could. Both of your children are teachers in the local schools. Katrina is a lifelong resident of Swain County and I moved here in 1985. We have traveled all over the world but there is no place we would rather call home than the mountains of Western NC. We hope that this area will hold a special part in your heart as well. We hope to have you as a guest in the near future.

We have a gas grill. No need to bring charcoal. The coffee maker is a Keurig. You will receive a starter kit of paper towels, dish soap, dish washing detergent, trash bags, and coffee. The house book is located in the kitchen. A Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available if there are little ones staying. A fee of $250 will be charged if there is smoking inside the house.
