Vintage Mountain Villa - Tiger

CHECKING-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Guests are expected to to leave property in the same general condition it was when guests arrived. Please do not move furniture.
- Please wash dishes and put them away or in the drainer
- Before leaving the villa, guest(s) are asked to remove used bed linens and towels, and put them in the bathtubs/showers.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
- Leave trash bagged by the back door, up to 3 bags.

REQUIREMENTS:
- List of names of all guests are required
- Must be at least 25 years old to
- Quiet hours fall between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM
- 6-person maximum on the property at any time

NO SMOKING:
- No Smoking of any kind is allowed and will result in a fee if any sign of smoking is left behind. Signs of smoking in the home will lead to a $300 extra cleaning fee.

PETS:
- $100 non-refundable per pet fee (dog only)
- Pets must be approved by host
- Dogs must not go on beds.
- Must walk dogs on a leash. Must not be left alone on property unless crated.
- Must cover furniture where pet rests (furniture covers provided).
- Must clean up after your pet.
- For additional cleaning due to pet mess, a $100+ fee will be charged.

WILDLIFE:
- Due to the secluded nature of the villa, critters may make their way indoors. Please keep food put away.
- Do not feed the wildlife, except the birds.

TRASH:
Because of wildlife in the area, trash must NOT be left outside. The cleaner will take up to 3 bags of trash at the end of the stay. If guests need to dispose of trash, there are several choices of places to dump it. Some do offer recycling, as well.

NEIGHBORS:
- Please do not disturb and be respectful of the neighbors. They prefer to be left alone. Remember, they live there.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT:
- Guests acknowledge the rental agreement when the first payment is made and are expected to share with all guests.

REFUNDS:
- Guests are advised to buy Traveler's insurance, as refunds will not be given due to the inability to make this trip. See cancellation policy.
- Refunds will not be given due to things mentioned in the listing that were not read by guest.

FIREPLACE:
Do NOT put anything in the gas fireplace. No roasting marshmallows or anything else. The outdoor fire pit is meant for these kinds of things. The screen must remain in front of the flames at all times. The timer must not be tampered with.

SEPTIC SYSTEM:
Mountain homes in are on septic tanks. ONLY toilet paper can be flushed. Guests may not flush items like feminine products, paper towels, wipes, tissues, or anything else down toilets. A charge of $300+ will be charged for clogging the toilets due to misuse.

BREAKING RULES:
Breaking of rules may lead to a charge of $75 per rule broken or immediate termination of stay without refund. Please be respectful of the house rules and take care of my home. No smoking! No parties or events! Please respect the neighbors!
