The drive in boasts a scenic dead-end street surrounded by serene rolling hills. The house is nestled against the side of a mountain and backs up against a wooded area. This mountain getaway is central to multiple lakes, waterfalls and hiking trails. Getting around

There is no need for an AWD vehicle. The drive in is not difficult or steep. The driveway is on an incline, as the cabin sits up on a hill against a mountain. The nearest gas station is 7 miles from the cabin, so keep this in mind to ensure you have enough gas when you start into Tiger.

You will receive a message with check-in instructions and your personal door code to enter the villa a day or two before your stay. - Guests are expected to to leave property in the same general condition it was when guests arrived. Please do not move furniture.
- Please wash dishes and put them away or in the drainer
- Before leaving the villa, guest(s) are asked to remove used bed linens and towels, and put them in the bathtubs/showers.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
- Leave trash bagged by the back door, up to 3 bags.

- List of names of all guests are required
- Must be at least 25 years old to
- Quiet hours fall between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM
- 6-person maximum on the property at any time

- No Smoking of any kind is allowed and will result in a fee if any sign of smoking is left behind. Signs of smoking in the home will lead to a $300 extra cleaning fee.

- $100 non-refundable per pet fee (dog only)
- Pets must be approved by host
- Dogs must not go on beds.
- Must walk dogs on a leash. Must not be left alone on property unless crated.
- Must cover furniture where pet rests (furniture covers provided).
- Must clean up after your pet.
- For additional cleaning due to pet mess, a $100+ fee will be charged.

- Due to the secluded nature of the villa, critters may make their way indoors. Please keep food put away.
- Do not feed the wildlife, except the birds.

Because of wildlife in the area, trash must NOT be left outside. The cleaner will take up to 3 bags of trash at the end of the stay. If guests need to dispose of trash, there are several choices of places to dump it. Some do offer recycling, as well.

- Please do not disturb and be respectful of the neighbors. They prefer to be left alone. Remember, they live there.

- Guests acknowledge the rental agreement when the first payment is made and are expected to share with all guests.

- Guests are advised to buy Traveler's insurance, as refunds will not be given due to the inability to make this trip. See cancellation policy.
- Refunds will not be given due to things mentioned in the listing that were not read by guest.

Do NOT put anything in the gas fireplace. No roasting marshmallows or anything else. The outdoor fire pit is meant for these kinds of things. The screen must remain in front of the flames at all times. The timer must not be tampered with.

Mountain homes in are on septic tanks. ONLY toilet paper can be flushed. Guests may not flush items like feminine products, paper towels, wipes, tissues, or anything else down toilets. A charge of $300+ will be charged for clogging the toilets due to misuse.

Breaking of rules may lead to a charge of $75 per rule broken or immediate termination of stay without refund. Please be respectful of the house rules and take care of my home. No smoking! No parties or events! Please respect the neighbors!

Payment Policy
Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If the booking is within 48 hours of arrival, payment must be made at time of booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The deposit will be collected prior to the stay and will be returned within a week after guest leaves the property, as long as there is no damage to claim. The deposit may be paid by zelle or venmo after booking at least 5 days before arrival. Guest will not receive access to the property without a paid deposit.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.

The cabin is located in the a beautiful wooded area. Although regular pest control is done, bugs may enter the house at times. There will be no refunds due to bugs. You may also have visitors outside the cabin like deer, bears, squirrels, chipmunks, friendly neighborhood dogs, cats, etc. Welcome to the woods and enjoy nature at its best! You may be greeted by one of the neighborhood dogs during your stay if you're lucky.

The property is pet friendly! Dogs are welcome by request only. There is a $100 pet fee per dog. Pets must be completely housebroken and well behaved. They should not be left alone in the cabin, unless crated. Crate not provided. Guests are expected to clean up after their dogs.

The cabin is about 2 hours from the Asheville or Atlanta airports.

The water comes from a spring-fed well. We think it tastes great, better than city water.

- Surveillance cameras positioned outside for safety. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. Each entrance and the driveway is monitored. Cameras are motion activated.

- The villa has a gravel driveway and short private gravel road to access. No 4x4 necessary.

- Cell phone service is spotty in this area and is not guaranteed. There is no landline. Calls can be made using the Wi-Fi calling if applicable.

- Connection is provided, but is not guaranteed, as the service can be interrupted in the mountains, although rare. The WiFi speed is generally 15 mbps download speed. No refunds issued due to interruption of WiFi or cell or service. Visiting the mountains is a great time to unplug.

Although a rare occurrence, power outages can happen in the woods due to animals or down branches. The electric company is usually pretty good about getting the power back up fairly quickly, but please be patient if this happens during your stay.

- The fireplace has gas logs. Do not burn or roast anything in the fireplace. Grilling and roasting can be done outside on the grill or Fire Pit. Gas may be shut off from April - November.
- Firewood can be purchased in Tiger on most days. The location will be provided in your welcome message.
- An old school BBQ is available as a courtesy. Guests love this! Grilling tools are available in the kitchen. Guests, who choose to use the grill must clean it for the next guest.
