This fantastic villa is close enough to town to easily enjoy all of the fine restaurants, shops, equipment rentals, and much more but it’s far enough away from the noise to relax and enjoy the pure tranquility of the Caribbean. Just imagine early mornings & evenings on our dock or rooftop deck with a 360* view looking over turquoise water & out to waves crashing in the distance over the reef. It is truly a beautiful sight.
Located just 3.7 miles south of town, our home is nestled among other private homes in a quiet, very safe and secure, exclusive neighborhood. The villa is under protection of the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood Watch. This provides our guests with extra private security patrols.

You will enjoy a private pool and patio area with lounge chairs, a teak padded furniture set and outdoor dining table. The large sandy beach area is complete with palm trees, tropical foliage, beach volleyball, bbq, fire pit, and a 300' dock extending into turquoise waters with palapa. We have 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks for you to use and explore!

Included is a complimentary PRIVATE CHEF for 2 MEALS TOTAL (1 Breakfast and 1 Dinner) * Food not included but the chef will shop for you and present receipts. You have the option to choose to hire her for any additional days, please inquire if you are interested.
THE VILLA is rented as (6 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, 3 Living Areas and 3 Kitchens)
Suites one, two and three can be combined by a locking interior stairway and exterior stairway to the Wedding Suite. The main villa (6 bedroom) rented together can sleep up to 18 with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas. We have a 1-1/2' thick solid hand made mahogany dining table on the 2nd floor to accommodate your dinner parties. We welcome families, couples, singles, children of all ages and of course wedding parties. There is wifi and Televisions on every level.

Our Luxury Suite is a completely separate on the 3rd floor, with a king sized bed, its own living room, kitchen and large bath area. The suite walks out to our rooftop lounge area with a palapa roof and unbelievable views of the sea. This space allows perfect privacy for a wedding couple hosting a wedding at the Villa or for any couple hosting their entire family to a spectacular Caribbean getaway.

We have a full time House Manager will help you with anything you like from concierge service to arranging tours both on and off the island. Boats will even pick you up right at the dock!

You can find all sorts of activities for your entire party. Belize boasts Mayan ruins, amazing wildlife preserves, rivers, the ATM and other caves, Cave Tubing, ziplining, snorkeling and scuba diving, the Blue Hole and much more! It truly is UNBELIZABLE! *The currency on the island is Belize Dollars, which is pinned to US currency at a rate of two (2) Belize Dollars to one (1) US Dollar. All businesses accept either Belize or US currency, so you do not need to exchange prior to visiting.
