There are even additional twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway for the kids, with the ability to close off with a trendy coastal door. The first floor also houses a large shared bathroom with Shower/Tub combo for guests. Walk directly through the first floor to the large entertainment patio in the back of the home that offers guests the pinnacle of convenience and enjoyed with a nice private grill and community pool access just steps away.

Once guests venture upstairs, they are embraced with a large open floor plan. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected for seamless enjoyment of each space and all of the furniture is brand new. Natural light pours into the home through the windows found in the living and dining room and gives the home a warm and inviting touch. Right off the kitchen there is a half bathroom for for convenient access.
