The Eyrie Farm Guest Rules
1. Arrival and Departure:
Check in time is 1-9pm. Check out is by 11am. Unless prior arrangements have been approved. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early luggage drop-off.
2. Please remove shoes before entering room and leave them outside.
If you'd like, you can bring slippers to wear inside.
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
4. If you wish to have company during daytime hours, please notify us of names and ETA.
5. Facilities:
Guests may use the iron and board in the laundry room, as well as the washer and dryer at no extra cost.
Toilet:
Please ONLY flush toilet paper in the toilet, nothing else, as other items may damage the septic system.
Food:
Feel free to help yourselves to the goodies baskets. Please do not drink over the comforters.
Leave coffee maker, cookware, dining ware, and appliances clean before checkout.
6. Common areas:
Guests may go upstairs to the deck, but the upstairs tower room is private. You may use the picnic table under the tree in the front. Please ask us first before entering the bird enclosure or the horse pasture.
7. Security:
This is a safe neighborhood, however we recommend you lock and secure your valuables when off the property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Make sure heater and/or fan are turned OFF when not in the room.
9. Please leave restroom door to laundry UNLOCKED when not in use, for campers.
10. Entire property is NON-SMOKING. If you want to smoke you must go OUTSIDE the main front gate.
Note: I work as an audiobook narrator and voice actor in the upstairs room. I make every effort to work around your schedule and do it when it won't affect you.
