Tortuga Bay LKA is on the private (warm) side of Lake Anna and will sleep up to 14 (max of 11 adults) of your closest friends, family members or colleagues, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a spacious full bath. The first is the primary bedroom with a king size bed. The second is a bunk room and is outfitted with 2 bunk beds, and TV. The bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate claw foot tub. A pack n play including sheet, air mattress and portable high chair are available for use at the home as well.

On the main level, you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with 2 pedestal sinks and a combination bathtub/shower. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. An open floor plan perfect for gathering with gourmet kitchen, living/dining space, laundry closet and entry nook including storage cubbies complete the main level of this quintessential A-frame lake retreat.

An additional private suite is included which is located over the detached garage with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and balcony.

Please restrict the number of cars you and your guests bring to Tortuga Bay to no more than 6 cars. No ATVs or recreational vehicles (including campers) of any kind may be parked or used at Tortuga Bay. During your stay, please park only on our circular driveway and the driveway area to the left of the garage and not in the grass.

The Busbees neighborhood at Lake Anna is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lush lanscaping and majestic trees.

Guests should plan to drive their cars to get around to restaurants and other places recommended in our Welcome Package.

Enjoy the view of the lake from the covered deck just outside the kitchen with a combination smoker/grill, or from the main deck seating areas. 2 short staircases lead to the lawn, beach and waterfront. Lounge in the water or on the sandy beach under the weeping Willow tree. Perhaps, cozy up with a book or take a snooze, you choose! Beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are included in your booking, so no need to pack those.

The indoor features check every box a lake vacationer could want, but if the sun is shining, you'll be soaking it up down on the dock with an equally impressive set of possibilities. The shallow waters and large sand beach area make this an easy place to bring even your littlest swimmers. Enjoy the 2 adult kayaks, 4 youth kayaks, youth paddleboard, water carpet, and other water toys.

Early risers will catch the stunning sunrise with a cup o' joe and night owls can roast s'mores by the fire pit and watch the moon rise with a glass of wine. In the mood for game night with your crew? Well, those are provided too!
