Generally, pick up after yourself and your party and you'll be fine.

Smoking:
No smoking indoors. $500 for violation of smoking policy. $20 per "butt" wrapper, etc found outside the trash.

Pets:
Let us know if you are bringing a pet. Send us a message with the animal type.
No authorized animals. $500 for violation of animal policy. We don't want to clean up poop. There's garbage behind the gate. Please bag and throw out. For poop that's left behind I'll call Poop 911 or similar (a real company and slightly embarrassing to have parked out front), and forward the charges on to you. Minimum $20 per bag. Don't let your animal urinate on the patio furniture etc, it's $100 to have someone clean it.

Parking:
Unfortunately there is no parking on site and do not block driveways. $100 for blocking driveway.

Guests:
We need to know who is in the unit. Unauthorized guests are $50 each.

Smoke detectors:
Please don't tamper with the smoke detectors. They're fancy and the fire department will come.

Something breaks?
Let me know as soon as you can before you checkout. Replacement fee after checkout is an extra $50 as we have a short time between guests to replace the items.
