**please call me directly to inquire, this calendar is not accurate***Wake up in the treetops in this 3 level home with 2 livings areas, two decks, a screened in porch, gazebo with gas fire pit, and double slip boat dock with sundeck. *****New in June 2017 we have updated all the kitchen appliances to stainless steel and replaced living room furniture with new leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner. We now have a total of 9 reclining seats to relax in across our 3 level house!
Master bedroom has a sunroom in the treetops as well as a separate jetted tub and shower. The rest of the bedrooms contain 3 queen beds and one king bed. There is a grill and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals in. This is the perfect home for your family to come together and have a wonderful vacation. Come enjoy all that the north Georgia mountains and Lake Chatuge have to offer!

We can accommodate up to 6 cars in our driveway, there is no extra parking available on street as our house is on a single lane road.

My husband and I live in Atlanta, GA with our 2 boys, while my parents live in Jasper, GA. We purchased this home together to be able to make memories on the lake together as a family with aspirations of someday retiring in this home. We purchased this home as a joint family effort to enjoy both the north Georgia mountains as well as the lake life. We love to spend the days exploring the lake on our boat or hiking in the mountains with our two boys.

House Rules

No smoking, no parties, 25 year old minimum to rent. 10 person max limit at our home, strictly enforced due to our septic tank capacity and parking limitations. Pets are considered with $100 fee. Signed rental agreement is required before your reservation is considered complete. We offer full refund with 60 days cancellation period, if cancelled after, we will consider a credit toward another stay if both parties can come to a mutually agreeable date.

Payment Policy

We accept payments through the square invoicing website.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is returned once cleaners have come and inspected property for damages. Will be refunded to credit card used to make reservation within 7 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of cancelled 60 days before check in. At 60-30 days 50% refundable. Within 30 days of check out there are no refunds but we will consider a credit toward a future stay if both parties can find a mutually agreeable date.

Notes

Pet fee is non refundable. Failure to comply with check out instructions or excessive messes left behind may incur additional.cleaning costs to be deducted from deposit.
