This is a beautiful charming 1911 bungalow with modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. There is a downstairs unit, so please be kind and mindful of potential noise for the tenants downstairs. There is a beautiful backyard with a salt water pool. The space is about 1,800 square feet, with historic charm, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. 200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Central heating and air controlled by Nest thermostat. Street parking. Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry with provided codes, so check in is a breeze! No more frustrating check-ins!!!

House Rules

- No parties allowed. This is a residential neighborhood, and guests must comply with the noise ordinance. No excessive noise, and quiet time starts at 10 p.m.
- No smoking inside. Guests may smoke but only outside. There will be a $250 charge for smoking inside.
- No pets.
- The internet service cannot be used for unauthorized download of any movies, music, or other copyrighted works.
-Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. Please no baby wipes, flushable wipes, sanitary products, diapers, etc.
-Outdoor cameras. We have outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. We use them to monitor the property when it’s not occupied, to ensure that no one breaks into the unoccupied house. We do NOT have cameras inside the property - we respect our guests’ privacy and would never do anything to violate it.
-Before checkout, please scrape food of the dishes, load the dishwasher, and please run it.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Property is inspected for damage, and if not damage is found, the secutiry deposit will be refunded within 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 5 or fewer days before the reservation will not be refunded.
