This 2 story home is a truly a vacation retreat. Escape to the country and enjoy an experience of an old world Spanish hacienda. Located on 2.5 acres, you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are trails meandering through the oak trees, a large pool, and a game room with lots of activities. Spend your day relaxing by the pool, wine tasting at the many local wineries (some within walking distance), antique shopping, hiking at famous Potato Chip Rock, or golfing at one of the local golf courses. We are location 40 minutes from the beach, 40 min to Julian, 30 minutes to the Safari Park, and 45 min from downtown San Diego.
As you walk into the home, you will be transported into another time. The wrought iron work and finishing details make you feel like you stepped back into a different world. This 4 bedroom Spanish hacienda home has everything you need for a family vacation. Enjoy nature at its finest at this park like setting. With over 50 mature oak trees on the property you are sure to experience the beauty of this home.

There is no fence around the pool. All bedrooms are on the second story level. There is a horse on property. No one is allowed in the horse arena at any time. No feeding any of the animals. Please note- some of the trails around the property are uneven- be cautious on when walking.

House Rules

No jumping off the rocks into the pool. No smoking. Additional people are not permitted to the property without prior approval (fees apply- day use fee is $50 per person). House Parties ARE NOT allowed. Events (such as weddings/baby showers/Anniversary gatherings/family reunions etc. must be approved; contract must be signed; event fees are charged, and all events are strictly outdoors and/or in the barn. If an unapproved party or event takes place where there are more people at the property than were included on the reservation, then all guests will be removed from the property, and all payments plus deposits that have been paid will not be refunded.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We are a family friendly home, but please be aware that we ARE NOT baby nor childproofed. Please supervise your children indoors and outdoors and put home decor items out of reach to prevent injury or damage. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage.
Damage deposit will automatically be returned up to 7 days after checking out if no damages are assessed. If damages are found, photographs and a report which outlines the damage and cost to fix or replace the items will be included.
