Main bedroom has a king bed, second and third bedroom have queen beds, and fourth bedroom has two queens. Sleeper sofa is a queen. Top floor has two bedrooms each with ensuites. Third bathroom is on main floor hallway and is shared with the two bedrooms. Fourth bathroom is a full bathroom located on ground floor for use when returning from beach.

Morgantown offers quiet secluded beaches that you cannot find at the high-rise, sprawl condominiums. The beaches are spectacular and seashells are very plentiful. Enjoy a swim in the Gulf or choose the swimming pool if you prefer.

The house is loaded with many amenities. Enjoy breakfast on the front porch (teak patio furniture). If it rains the kids will be well entertained with plenty of TVs (five) to choose from, plus a WII and DVD players. Top rated golf at Kiva Dunes and the Penninsula are close by. Shopping and restaurants 15 to 20 minutes away.
