Salt Air No Care! Charming Studio Apt

We require a booking deposit of 50% to make a reservation. Your balance due (including taxes) will be noted on your deposit receipt confirmation. All reservations must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date. We accept rental payment by credit card or PayPal bank transfer. Credit card convenience fees may apply. If your arrival date is less than thirty (30) days from the date you are making the reservation, we require payment of the entire amount due by credit card or PayPal at the time of booking.

Direct reservations (including reservations made via our websites, phone, or email quote sent to you):
31+ days or more before your arrival: full refund less any credit card convenience fees
15 - 30 days before arrival: refund of amount paid less a $150 cancellation fee
1 - 14 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the total rental rate
OWNER reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation if payment is not received in full thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date and may retain funds paid to date.

The carriage house is in our backyard just steps from the main house, so you may see or hear us using our backyard at various times of the day. We also have 2 dogs that have free rein of the backyard space.

* You must be 25 years old, have positive reviews from other hosts, and provide your government ID on request. No exceptions.

* We will ask you for a valid email address after you book so that we can send the agreement and guest list form. It must be signed and returned within 48 hours, or immediately for same-day or next-day bookings. We use a vacation rental software system to send the agreement, so please check your spam folder and contact us at saltairnocare@gmail.com if you don't receive an email.

* We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance if you will be visiting Pensacola during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). If a major storm heads our way, there may be evacuations.

* We are not a property management company. This apartment is part of our personal home. Please keep in mind that there may be times when we can't respond immediately because we are at work, but we do everything in our power to provide you with a 5-star stay.
