This space, formally a working barn on the property, was remodeled into an amazing, one-bedroom home, meant to be enjoyed by couples and small families looking to make incredible memories. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted into an experience outside of the typical, bland Airbnb listing. Careful and deliberate planning created a resort-like feel that caters to those deserving of a destination escape in a country-like setting, yet close enough to all the local San Diego attractions. Enjoy this unique barn with all the comforts of home.
Nothing was spared when designing and setting this space up for our guests. Not only will you enjoy the serenity of the country, but here are some things that will surely make your stay memorable (as if friendly farm animals and fresh eggs are not enough).

House Rules
We are located in a high fire danger area. We do NOT allow fires or BBQing outside of designated areas. No open flames are allowed inside the barn. There are flameless candles for your use.
There is NO SMOKING on the premises. This includes e-cigarettes and the like. We will charge $25 per cigarette found and $200 for cleaning if there are signs of smoking in the barn.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. every day.
Though we are huge supporters of our local wineries, we will charge no less than $150 for the cleanup of wine, coffee, or tea stains.
White towels are not to be used to clean anything bloody, greasy, or dirty. There will be a $20 fee for each towel that is stained. White bedding is not to be laid on with dirty shoes. There is a $50 fee to replace stained sheets and a $100 fee to replace stained comforters.
Furniture and décor is not to be moved without prior approval from the hosts. All dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are to be washed and put away prior to check out. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $50 if the host has to put furniture or décor back where it belongs and or if dishes need to be washed or put away.
Guests are not permitted to invite other people that are not listed on the reservation without prior approval from the hosts. There is a day-use fee that is associated with extra quests on the property.
Parties and events are allowed although they must be pre-approved by hosts. We consider anything over six people a party, so if you want six or more people at our property, please contact us for more information. There are extra fees associated with parties/events, so please communicate with us regarding your party or event.
We live on the property and are always working to improve our land, so you may hear noises associated with construction/tools. Please let us know, in advance, if you have concerns.
Lastly, the barn is on a very sensitive septic system. We will ensure that it is running smoothly before your stay. If anything is put down the drains or toilet that does not belong and the system is backed up or becomes damaged, we will charge no less than $500 for the plumbing service call.
