After a day playing in the waves or exploring the beautiful seacoast area, unwind with a beverage on the enclosed porch and enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes, or kick back in the nicely landscaped yard by the fire pit while dinner cooks on the BBQ grill.

This home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential York Harbor neighborhood.

The second floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room w/cable TV, full bath w/laundry, primary bedroom with king size bed, and second bedroom with two twin beds. The cheerful and airy three-season porch has access points from both the main living area and the primary bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, sit back with a book on a rainy day or indulge in an afternoon nap.

The first floor features the third bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet, a full bath, open living area with a second TV w/cable, and a dedicated work space with a desk. With two separate living areas, this home is perfect for families, a multiple couple's vacation or a friends getaway.

Please note, the home features a reverse floor plan with main living areas on the second floor, so all members of your rental party should be able to comfortably climb up and down stairs.

Welcome to our home in York Harbor. We are your hosts, Callie and John. Callie is a marketing director by day, and John owns a granite and landscaping business here in York. When we're not working, you can usually find us enjoying the Maine outdoors, paddle-boarding, hiking, working in our gardens or sitting on the beach staring off into space.

This home belonged to John's father, and we have renovated it to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible so our guests can relax and enjoy an unforgettable coastal Maine vacation.

You can walk to many beautiful areas right from the front door. The enclosed 3 season porch invites you to settle down with your favorite beverage and enjoy the sounds and scents of the Atlantic Ocean.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

During the high season (June/July/August) there is no flexibility in check-in time due to same day turnovers. During the low season, check-in/out is flexible based on availability.

50% deposit is due upon reservation. Balance of reservation is due 30 days before check in. If reservation is made fewer than 30 days from check in, full amount is due at time of reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Guests pay for damages that are above and beyond normal wear and tear. Deposit is refunded within 7 days of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of making reservation and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in there is no refund unless the property can be re-booked for that time frame.
