400 sq foot 1 bedroom detached in-law above garage. It is a cozy space, comfortable for two people, but can sleep up to 3 if needed.

The place is detached from the main house and on the 2nd floor above the garage, tons of privacy in the unit itself. Tons of natural sun light and very bright.

Note the guest house is within 25 ft of the main house. It is also above the garage where we will open the garage on average 1-2x to open and close it. We use the garage to take out my daughters outdoor toys or workout in there occasionally . The garage will only be open/closed during non-quiet hours.

Full gourmet kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances you need stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave, but fridge/freezer is not full size. We provide basic cooking supplies and cookware .

Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods, sugar,creamer. Also a variety of teas for you to try as well.

Smart TV with owner access to Amazon Prime, HBO Max and Disney +, Apple + with no logging in required . High speed WiFi in the guest house .

Built in USB charging station and outlets next to bed

Infant or child policy: let us know if you are bringing an infant or child. We can remove any breakable glassware and child proof the cabinet with cleaning supplies ahead of time. We can also put covers on any unused outlets.
We do have some baby bath, chair, if you request ahead of time.

Dog Policy:
- $20 Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property
- Your dog should be friendly and house trained
- You will be charged for any damages caused by your dog
- Dogs must be leashed when outside on the property
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture
- Will include usage of dog bowl, and a dog bed (if requested prior)
- Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.
