Overview

The building Marea34 was finished in April of this year (2017), brand new! We have the great pleasure of managing the penthouse and look forward to it, as the building truly has a great vibe!

The penthouse has a modern design with a great use of space and extra high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop & stainless steel appliances.
Bedroom with 1 super comfortable King bed and a large amount of closet space.
Full length balcony off the living room with panoramic views of the local stadium, partial sea view and city skyline. One of the few places in the centre that has such an open view.

But the true 'wow' factor of this building definitely has to be the gorgeous, spacious rooftop area.
Cool off in the amazing pool with views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea and Cozumel island, relax on any of the numerous sun beds or have a nice cool drink in the shaded bar & lounge area.

We actually manage two of these beautiful penthouses, one right next to the other. So if you are with a bigger group and love this place but need something bigger, then please ask us about the option to rent both condos. They are designed in the same style.

Just a minutes walk to most hotspots that this town has to offer.
Taxi's are easy to find on the street right in front of the building. To get around town cost around 2/3 usd per fare.
The penthouse has a parking space in the underground parking garage in case you have a car.

Check in is after 15:00 PM Check out is before 12:00 P.M. It may be possible to arrange early check in or late check out if it does not conflict with another guest arrival or departure. Ask you property manager before departure.

The reserving party who registers as signing the present agreement will be considered the Tenant. Tenant will be held responsible for the payment and other leaseholder responsibilities enumerated in the rental agreement. Tenant must be at least 18 ye
Payment Policy
The 50% of the total payment should be made upon making the reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Accidental Damage: The guests will be liable for damage due to the following:

(a) intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts of guest or others on the premises during the tenancy;
(b) damage by pets (pets are prohibited);
(c) theft from the premises of either the owner's property or property belonging to guest;
(d) gross negligence of guest or intentional misuse of furnishings, appliances, equipment or other amenities provided with the home;
(e) damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
(f) damage to real property resulting from operation of any vehicle by guest;
(g) damages related to smoking (The studio is a NON-SMOKING space).

All damages must be reported to the rental agent immediately.

60 days – 10% service charge will be charged
60 days > 30 days – penalty is 25% of the total rental amount
30 days > 14 days - penalty is 50% of the total rental amount
14 days > till arrival date – No refund
All holiday reservations (Xmas, BPM, New Year and Easter) are non-refundable.
