Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located 10 minutes from South Beach, 5 minute walking to the Miami Arena (home of the Heat) and Bayside. Brickell is .5 miles away. Restaurants and night life nearby. Wynwood Art District area close by. Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove a few miles away. Metro mover and tri rail around the corner. Quiet and secured building. The apartment is located on the 33rd floor for privacy and stunning views.
The entire loft. With a fob the guess has access to the gym and downstairs pool area. New roof top pool is coming soon. The gym has a full bathroom with showers and sauna inside. Apartment is located on the 33 of a 36 floor building for stunning views. Club house is also another amenity. 24 he concierge.
