Previous guests actually told us our vacation home is a "Little Palace", well it is a 3,300 sq ft stunner!

Pompano Villa Nueva is a new 4 bedroom 3 bath home, centrally located in a friendly yachting community close to the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal Waterway. You will find yourself only a short walk from the beach and bicycles are included. Access to major highways and the beaches of Pompano is easy. Marble floors, high ceilings, and attractive architecture throughout lend a luxurious feel.

Pompano Villa Nueva is a gorgeous, new vacation home located in an exclusive yachting community by the Intracoastal Waterway close to the Pompano Beach and the beach pier. This 3,300 sq ft stunner is perfect for sun & fun seekers and offers a tantalizing blend of glamorous looks, high end amenities, and a central location.

4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are arranged in a beautiful design that is bright, roomy, and optimized for enjoying a well-earned vacation. Vaulted ceilings, marble floors, pillared archways, crown molding, and professional décor are just a few of the architectural touches that add drama and opulence. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, there is a separate formal dining room, and the living room includes comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The open spaces with lots of seating invites family and friends to a communal get-together. WiFi/Internet and free phone calls throughout the USA is included.

The master bedroom is extremely roomy, with a gorgeous outdoor view and a king-size bed. Baby bed is available as well as a camp-bed.
The magnificent master bathroom includes a sit down vanity, large tub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. Two more bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for younger guests. The master bedroom and first two bedrooms also have flatscreen televisions.

The backyard is cozy and exquisitely private, perfect for enjoying South Florida sunshine. The pool is heated and the outdoor patio area includes lounge chairs, a dining area, a grill, and lush landscaping that reminds you you're in paradise!

There's a reason Pompano Beach is called “The Heart of the Gold Coast" – it's centrally located between Palm Beach and Miami and offers easy access to all the amenities you want from a South Florida destination vacation. The city is known for its excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers. Boat and watercraft rentals at your convenience, as well as fishing and sightseeing from the iconic 1,000 ft municipal pier. The local beach also offers beach side playgrounds, grills and picnic tables. Pompano Beach has miles of beautiful sandy beaches and over 50 local parks, along with an endless variety of dining, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife options. This is an internationally famous tropical playground!

Annual special events include seafood festival in April, fishing rodeo in May and holiday boat parade in December.

Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:

1. The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).

2. The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.

3. That you read, understand and accept the house rules.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking
No use of incense
No more than four cars parked by house or in neighbourhood area -city code
No loud noise outside between 11 pm - 7 am
Garbage should be placed in garbage bin before check out
Garbage bin should be put out on curb day correctly before pick-up
No pets are allowed without prior concent from the owner
Keep doors and windows closed to avoid energy loss / AC potential breakdown.
Lock windows and doors when leaving house
Keep garage door closed
Lock the bikes when out of garage; codes are PANT, LYRE and SINK
No balloons in pool area
No glass in pool area
Fill pool with hose if below 1,5 inch of overflow gauge
Garbage disposal unit in kitchen sink is only for small food residue when rinsing off plates. If bigger items go in garbage disposal, they will block it and must be removed manually. This means putting the hand down the garbage disposal and remove the food items that block the rotating parts.
Power outage may happen in Florida. Guest may not claim general power outage as a travel issue or cancel the reservation.
Late checkout fee: 0-1 hour $ 100. More than 1 hour $ 330 per hour.
