LUANA KAI B309 is a super modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to six guests in a prime top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,100 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was remodeled in 2017/2018. The kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.

Gather at the large island or dine al fresco on the large covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 65” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.

Relax in the master bedroom that has a California King bed, 55″ SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a California King, making this condo perfect for either couples or families.

Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball rackets. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

LUANA KAI is an amenity-rich resort with four free tennis and pickle ball courts, free self-parking, a heated fresh water swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping.

In addition to the 1.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby along the arid south Maui coastline. Within a few minutes drive are the lovely postcard-perfect beaches of Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach.

There are many great restaurants near Luana Kai. Our favorites include Coconut’s Fish Cafe, Monsoon India, Nalu’s South Shore Grill, Wow Wow Lemonade (go there for the acai bowls), Miso Phat Sushi, Home Maid Cafe (the best malasadas) and Maui Pie for dessert. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close by and 5 grills on site.

House Rules
Smoking any tobacco product in units, on lanais and in common areas of Luana Kai is prohibited. This includes vapes.
All occupants must register with the front office within 24 hours of arrival and obtain parking permits. Any vehicle not displaying the appropriate permit may be towed at owner’s expense. Park so as to utilize one space only.
All noise from any source shall be controlled so as not to disturb or annoy others at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM. Please use extreme quiet when using all walkways, stairs and lanais.
Pool/hot tub hours are from 8AM until 10PM. All pool rules must be observed. Pool gates must be kept closed and locked. No glass items of any kind are permitted inside the pool/BBQ area.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, skates of any type or similar equipment, are not permitted on walkways, sidewalks, or parking areas.
Hanging of towels, clothes, laundry, rugs or other objects from lanai railings, clotheslines, racks, or hooks is prohibited. No sports equipment, boxes, or other belongings are to be stored on lanais.
Sweeping, shaking, or throwing anything from the lanais is prohibited.
BBQ’s are located in the fenced pool area for your use. No cooking is permitted on lanais.
No animal of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed or kept in any part of the resort. Do not feed the birds or any stray animals.
Beach users shall shower to remove sand from their bodies and sports equipment before entering walkways and stairways. Use car wash area near A-building for rinsing sports equipment and rinse area near D-building and pool for removing sand from feet.
The pool area is for registered owners and registered guests. Permission must be obtained when hosting non-registered guests and large groups. (Submit request to the Resident Manager). The Resident Manager, employees and/or security personnel are authorized to require any person using the facilities to identify self by name and apartment number or host occupant.
Furnishings and equipment in the common areas shall not be removed or relocated.
No chipping in the garden area or on putting green. An adult must accompany children under 12 when using the putting green. No climbing on trees or running on walkways is permitted.
There shall be no shooting of fireworks or any type at any time, in, from, or around the buildings, or common area of Luana Kai.

Cancellation Policy
Guests get a full refund minus $150 if they cancel more than 60 days before the arrival date.
Guests must abide by the House Rules for the resort.
