Many superb hiking trails surrounding the property i.e The Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Mount Diablo and Los Vaqueros Reservoir. You may explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle.

Access to entire house and property, with an exception to a mobile home situated on the property. Horse stalls and riding arena available for use with advance notice. Please contact us with any inquiries.
Will be available for help 24/7 by phone, text, or email. Ranch hand & landscaper may be on property around noon occasionally during stays longer than 3 days (to landscape and feed chickens) but will be doing their best to work around your stay for your comfort & privacy.
Our neighborhood is private and away from the hustle of the city, our home gives you a chance to be in a country setting, yet within forty five minutes drive to the beautiful city by the bay, San Francisco and the Silicon Valley, Napa, the wine country. Hike to Mount Diablo, Morgan Territory Regional Preserve or Los Vaqueros Reservoir. Also within miles to famous Livermore wineries, beautiful golf courses, and country clubs . Minutes to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories. Go shopping at the San Francisco Premium Outlets. Close to the cities of the bay area; Oakland, Berkeley, Danville, San Jose, Mountain View, Pleasanton, Dublin,San Jose,Napa, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Tracy.
Plenty of outdoor parking spaces on site. BART is a 22 minute drive away, which can transport you around the bay area and to San Francisco. We highly recommend that you do have your own form of transportation as our property is nestled in east side of the Mt. Diablo Hills.
Due to the semi-remote location of our home, cellular reception may be weak or unavailable however we do have a T-mobile booster if you happen to have a T-mobile plan. Also you can use the WiFi calling feature on your phone.
