My love for the water has expanded my opportunity to offer this beautiful area to others. Once I had purchased this property I felt as if I was hoarding this magnificent natural space and knew that it had to be shared with others.

Tina Boyt purchased this house in 2007

Why Tina Boyt chose Weeki Wachee Gardens
This property is one of the most ideal and sought out areas along the Weeki Wachee River. The river is crystal clear with a sandy bottom, kayaks and canoes for entertainment, plus the attraction of kayakers, canoers, and paddle boarders can be quite the entertainment in it's own. This property is located in the middle of everything, to the left is Hospital Hole and 5.5 miles to the head of the river with plenty of places to get out and picnic or swim along the way or to the right only 3.5 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. The natural elements of the ospreys, ducks, turtles, owls, and of course the manatees all add that excitement of animals in their natural surroundings.

What makes this house unique
Along with the stunning water and perfect location, it offers a fire pit for late night romance or family fun with s'mores. It's always a nice relaxing moment to stroll to the dock and sit back in the swing with cup of coffee and just watch the water flow, nature, or just the entertainment of the people and the river. The entire floor to ceiling glass living room offers a 180 degree view of the river and also from the second story bedroom as well. A luxurious site to wake up to, pull back the curtains and see the beauty of it all.
