This home has been completely renovated in 2022 with top-of-the-line amenities and furnishings intended to deliver on all the creature comforts. The kitchen island is massive and seats 4 comfortably with plenty of space to still make your favorite meal. Our favorite part about the kitchen is the double windows that open flanking the range. On a fall, winter or spring morning/afternoon, open the window for a nice breeze as the tides change, I am confident, you too will appreciate the salty air.

The second level features two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The primary suite includes a private, river view balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea. A second-floor laundry separates the bedrooms. The third bedroom, located on the top floor of the home, includes an en suite bathroom with jetted tub and stunning views of the live oaks and Spanish moss just outside the windows.
