Overview

Townhome

Completely updated end unit townhome with vaulted ceilings provides a light and airy space for your vacation. Community has easy beach access along community walkways without crossing roads. Located in Surf City within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier.
There are 4 bedrooms with beds to sleep 9 as well as a queen sleeper sofa to sleep an additional 2 people.
The first floor has a king master suite with a private bathroom (shower) and access to the private deck. On this floor are 2 additional bedrooms - 1 queen bedroom and bunkroom with a Twin over full bunk. There is also a shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on this floor as well as a laundry closet with full size washer/dryer.
The second floor has another queen bedroom and full bathroom (tub/shower combo) as well as the large great room.
The great room has a fully stocked full size kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Their is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench as well as seating four barstools at the counter. The living area has plenty of seating and games and books for our guests to enjoy. The large deck is just off of the living area and has additional seating.
All bedrooms and the living area have smart TVs with cable.
Under the townhome is a carport for parking 2 vehicles, an outdoor hot/cold shower and a storage area for bikes and beach gear.

Provided at no additional charge:
Linens (kitchen, bath and bedroom)
Some paper products -starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags
Basic soaps - dishwasher detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, bar soap and laundry detergent

The townhouse has a coded lock on the front door, so you can go directly to the unit and check yourself in using the provided code.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, reservations are Saturday-Saturday. The remainder of the year, there is a 3-night minimum stay with check in and check out allowed on any day.

A code will be provided prior to the check in time so that the guest may proceed directly to the condo and check themselves in with the keyless entry.

House Rules

Bed Linens and Towels will be provided. Please leave in unit after your stay so that they may be washed.
There are beach towels in basket by entry bench.
We will provide enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. You will want to add these items to your shopping list when you go to the market.
Games for your enjoyment are stored under the coffee table in the main living area.
Beach toys for your use can be found in the chest on the deck.
Please clean lint trap to dryer with each use.
No smoking inside the unit.
Pets allowed with prior owner notification and payment of pet fee. Please clean up after your pet. We ask that you do not allow them on the furniture and that pets are up to date with flea-tick treatments.
Please keep AC no lower than 72 degrees during the summer. The high humidity will cause the AC unit to freeze and will shut down.

Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Zelle and check payments.

Cancellation insurance may be available through your travel agent or www.insuremytrip.com and is highly recommended.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $400 is required with your final payment. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within two (2) weeks of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents/furniture, beyond normal wear and tear. This includes no smoking inside the unit or on the decks.
b) Unit is left in a tidy manner upon departure with no significant dirt/messes remaining in the unit that require excessive cleaning (the owner and/or cleaning crew will take photographs and document any questionable situations for review)
c) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
d) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash bins provided and soiled dishes are cleaned and put away or left in the dishwasher.
e) Unit is left locked upon departure.
f) Any property/contents of the unit remain at the unit upon departure.
g) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
h) The renter is not evicted by the owner, their representative, or law enforcement.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received more than 2 calendar months prior to arrival will be refunded in full less the cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within the 60 day window, but before 30 days, half of the total deposits/advance payments will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that are made within 30 days of the arrival date (including all cancellations of reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date) will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment/security deposit. Early departure after check-in does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
