LA SCALA APARTMENT CITY CENTER - Verona

The apartment, on the second floor of an 18th century house, is located in a strategic position: it overlooks a historic alley just a few steps from Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe, near Juliet's house and the Arena; the apartment is suitable for anyone who wants to discover, explore and live Verona.

Space
It consists of entrance hall, kitchen equipped with everything you need, living room with large sofa bed and a large double bedroom. The small bathroom is comfortable and equipped with shower. From the living room there is access to a small balcony on the alley The apartment is on the second floor and is not served by a lift.

The house is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. What is in the apartment is at your disposal, including the essentials in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and various spices), you can watch TV (only channels via internet) including NETFLIX subscription, use the Wi-Fi with FIBRA 100 mega download and, if necessary, your computer. Standard air conditioning (temperature range 24°-27°) free of charge. Air conditioning without temperature limit 10€ day.
Check-in is at 15:00, but different times can be arranged. Check-out is at 10:00 am. To meet the different needs of the guests, just make arrangements before booking. My presence is guaranteed at check-in.

Wide availability to support your stay. Available for any tourist information. Available to meet you directly at Verona airport or Verona railway station upon reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses to be agreed. Possibility to rent bikes and electric bicycles

We are in the heart of the old town, shops, pharmacies, grocery stores and bars are practically next door. Everything is within walking distance; also the Arena, piazza erbe, Juliet's balcony, Lamberti tower, Roman Theatre and Ponte Pietra are just a few steps from the accommodation. Theatres, cinemas, museums, everything really close at hand. The free parking is nearby, outside the historical centre. There are also two guarded car parks within a 5-minute walk. Cost of 10€ per day. It will be our pleasure to meet you at the car park and drive you to the apartment.

A 5 minute walk from the house there are buses that connect the center with the station. Taxis are also available 24 hours a day with a stable stop less than 100 meters away.

Simply respecting the hours of silence. Intelligent use of the nergetic resources is very welcome (heating and air conditioning) Turn off when you are not at home. Prohibit parties and event creation. For all guests: it is important to show your ID for registration with the State Police and pay the tourist tax which is €2.50 per day for a maximum of 5 days/month.
