It is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials including a Keurig and Nespresso coffee/espresso makers, double toaster, BBQ utensils, blender, cookware, sharp knives, earthenware dishes, plastic cups for dining outdoors, a large family-style fridge & freezer, microwave and a new dishwasher.

—Outdoors is spacious, elegant, and private. A large patio seats eight and sports a new fire pit, new barbecue, corn hole, new hot tub, hammocks, Adirondack chairs with a second fire pit, overlooking Joshua trees and stunning views of Mount San Gorgonio. The house sits on one of the highest areas in Yucca Valley. You'll feel right at home!

Each individual bedroom is equipped with plush linens and pillows, extremely comfortable mattresses, and your very own smart TV.

—Master bedroom: king bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, a newly renovated en suite bath, large closet, and smart TV. Double doors open to a patio overlooking the hot tub and views of Joshua trees and the nearby mountains.

We are located just 15-minutes from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, and walking distance (1 mile) to black rock campgrounds , hiking and the famous California horse trail.

Easy as pie: you will be sent a code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active during the time of your stay. Guests have access to the entire property and all amenities. City code and AIRBNB do not permit any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.

We have a local property manager in the vicinity. Also, the owners are available in case of an emergency.

-Dogs: furry friends under 50llbs are welcome for a fee of $50 per dog (2 dog max) One acre completely fenced for safety, though pets should not be left unattended. Coyotes, owls and mountain lions have been have known to roam the desert.
