Watch as bald eagles soar in clear sight, and herons search for their perfect morning catch. Otters play, dogs fetch and people stroll. Welcome the fresh evening air, as the lights of the Seattle skyline decorate the night sky.

This rural residential area, is just south of Kingston on the part of Puget Sound called Port Madison. It was originally established (in 1916) as a summer community for Seattleites. The Indianola dock, built when the Mosquito Fleet boats supplied the majority of transportation on Puget Sound, was easy access for weekending families. Now this local landmark has been converted for recreational use (shortened to 870 feet), and the center of on-going local activity.

Conveniently located approximately one hour from downtown Seattle via the Seattle/Bainbridge ferry. Just minutes to Suquamish, Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge Island. You can also take the Kingston/Edmonds ferry (10 minutes away), or drive around via the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. We're just 7 miles from the popular Clearwater Casino.

Public beach access is adjacent to the property, or if you prefer,down a winding trail directly from the patio.

Bring your own boat and launch it at the public boat ramp in Suquamish (just 7 miles away). May through October we provide 1 small dinghy, six (single person) kayaks, and two paddle boards for fun on the water!

The Indianola Country Store is a must-see stop. It houses a wonderful deli, fresh organic fruits and veggies, an accumulation of goodies from local artisans and farmers, Indianola souvenirs, as well as basic staples for a short-term stay. The beach house is a quick five minute walk to the store, post office, and Indianola Club House.

All linens, cooking utensils, full-size appliances, four flat panel tv’s (two smart), with free cable channels, and high speed WiFi, a gas fireplace, outside gas grill, fire-pit (wood provided) etc. are available to YOU for the perfect Puget Sound experience!

THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN IN OUR FAMILY FOR OVER 100 years. The house was completely rebuilt in 2009, and updated regularly. We'd LOVE to share the view with you!
