This 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the main floor is easy access, ground level accommodation. Recently renovated with Luxury vinyl floors, new paint, new fixture, furniture and amenities. Hypoallergenic eco friendly cleaning products used throughout.

You will be one walking block from the Marina and the Beach. Free pad parking out front of the unit guarantees you a safe place to Park and Play. No tickets, no hassles.

Our comfortable, renovated condo is the perfect escape for your next Alberta vacation at Sylvan Lake! . Whether you plan to fish, swim, boat, snowmobile, waterski or sunbathe - every season is the right season to enjoy this year round location.

Near everything. A short walk from the Golf course, the Lake, and Marina. Walk everywhere. Bring your bike or scooter. We are a few blocks away from the Waterfront Boardwalk area and just a minute or two away from the Marina. Its quiet enough to be just right but close enough to be perfect. Life IS better at the Lake.

There's lots to do and see and the summer weather is amazing! Spectacular sunny days, gorgeous sunsets, sailboats, water sports, great food, sunshine, fishing, swimming, boating.... Get your life "Off the Hook". Join us at the Lake this year.

This is a completely Self Catering accommodation. Linens and dishware and some cookware are provided. Food/ Restaurant and Catering Services are not. Weekly cleaning service is provided but we regret that we cannot provide "Housekeeping" or "Room Service" type assistance. Groceries, excellent wine store, bars restaurants and fun are all nearby. Park your car, kick back and relax.

Due to evolving Covid-19 regulations only a limited amount of household products can be safely provided. Please provide your own food, condiments, specialized containers, cosmetics, cleaning and personal hygiene products.We perform a thorough disinfect and clean between guests and have a minimum 24 hr window between reservations.

Trash and recycling must be removed to the designated areas on the site. You will see these areas outside the back door and across the parking area. These areas are video monitored for compliance. Therefore, please do not dispose of anything other than household waste. Please feel free to make reasonable use of the laundry facilities. Appropriate detergent is provided.

Check IN/OUT
Guests will usually be met at check in by a Host who will obtain documents and perform verification and orientation to the property. This is done at Check In or within one hour of arrival. The HOA requires a copy of your vehicle license information and ID for security purposes. If you have not already done so during the reservation process then this will be performed at Check In.

Minimal kitsch and decor in the unit keeps the space open and breezy and clean. Please let us know if you do NOT want any plants in the space.
