Beautiful South Philadelphia home located in an urban neighborhood close to I-76 highway and easy access to many attractions in the city. Close to airport, stadiums, Center city, CHOP, Univeristy of Pennsylvania and Drexel. Public transportation, taxi, uber, and lyft is available. Our neighborhood is not the prettiest as stated in the reviews but it is newly renovated and beautiful inside. Our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves

This property is located on a small street. While the neighborhood may seem older and a little less picturesque to some, rest assured it is a safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of friendly neighbors.

This property a 1 min ride from the 1-76 on ramp into University & Center City and a quick ride to Fairmont Park and the beautiful Schuykill Walk. Uber & Lyft are great ways to get around quickly without having to worry about limited parking spaces.
