The yard has a nice outdoor space with a covered gazebo, cozy patio furniture and gas grill to enjoy. It also has a fun play set, and swings for the kiddos to enjoy and space to run and play in the completely fenced yard. There is a gas grill for the outdoor cook available.
The living room has a 56” smart tv with, DVD player, Xfinity cable and Free WiFi. Netflix account available as well as a kindle firestick so you have all the app options and you can sign into your own cable or dish anywhere. There is also a classic Nintendo.
The master bedroom has another tv with antenna and firestick, as well as its own private bathroom.
There is a laundry room available to you, and all the the things that will make you feel at home!

You will be given the garage code before check in. You do not need to meet me to gain access to the property. The house key and garage door opener will be on the counter for your use during your stay.

You will be a five minute drive to the Lehi Front runner train Station. This is a great way to get to salt lake, around Salt lake It also goes as south as Provo.
The basement apartment is occupied. It is completely separate. The entrance to their apartment is in back. The extra parking strip by the garage is used by them. Please allow enough space for them to get in and out. The two car garage is available to you, and there is a lot of street parking available as well.
The sound wall on the freeway is completed. Construction is done and it is amazing, and effective!
