• Bunkbeds are not to exceed 125 pounds. • Our Sewer system is sensitive and has been recently cleaned out and scoped with a camera to make sure the system is clean and in working condition. NOTHING but toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet! You will be charged a 400.00 Plumber fee if you clog the sewer system. Please no feminine products or wipes!! No grease is to be thrown down the drain, a bucket is provided next to the sink. • Parking is on the right side of the driveway, Max 2 cars. Street parking is available but please be mindful of the neighbors. • Check-in Instructions will be sent the day before check-in. • Check-out instructions will be sent a day before checkout, please read and follow them before leaving,
