Escape to Gulf Beach Getaway!

Zero tolerance for anything less than respectful behavior. No smoking at all, inside or out. No parties or events. We have multiple pets. If you have pet allergies, be aware. If you are bringing your pet with you, please make sure they are well socialized. If not then it's best to leave them at home. Also, we prefer that you either take your pet with you when you leave to go out OR bring a crate/kennel for them to stay in in your room. .Also, if you know that they bark a lot while you are away, it's best to leave them home. You'll have access to your room with en-suite bath, full kitchen, dining area and private deck off of your room with a breathtaking water view. You will have no shared areas with us in the house. You will be completely separate. You will have a private entrance with coded lock. A Keurig is located in your room with cups, coffee, tea, creamer. We do provide two beach towels and a beach bag that you are welcome to use when staying. Please leave them when you depart. Outside guests. Please let us know in advance if you have friends or family in the area and would like to invite them over to visit. Unfortunately, they will not be allowed to stay overnight. Alcohol. Alcohol is not a problem as long as it doesn't become an issue because you've had so much that it becomes irritating, destructive and dangerous. Please be advised that you'll be responsible for bringing your own alcohol. We are happy to provide 2 wine glasses and a corkscrew for your use. **If you break something, you will be responsible for replacing it.** Pier. Our pier offers an opportunity to relax and enjoy stunning views. Please be advised that you will use it at your own risk. Always be aware of your surroundings. If you don't know how to swim, pay extra close attention. We will gladly offer the use of a life vest. Paddle boards. We gladly offer the use of our paddle boards. Please use them in a respectful manner. Again, be aware of the inherent risk associated with them. If you don't know how to swim, we will require that you use a life vest. Otherwise, you will use them at your own risk. You are welcome to use our beachside cabana. It offers spectacular view and is a great spot for reading, enjoying a cup of coffee and conversation. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Please remember that this is our home; we live here as well as our animals. As such, there will not always be complete quiet because again, we live here.
