Welcome to Mikayla's Cove- a picture perfect Beach Block vacation home and cottage located in Wildwood, 1 block from Wildwood Crest.
This is just the RIGHT place to be near the sea ! Enjoy beautiful Wildwood, the "DOO-WOP Capital" of the East Coast...just a seashell's throw to the FREE beach and FABULOUS boardwalk.
We have 3 uniquely decorated full size apartments. Rent ONE for a cozy getaway or all apartments for your family vacation or reunion.

Bob and I have owned Mikayla's Cove since 2005. We love the kitchy Wildwood and love meeting people from all over the world. We have seen families come back year after year and have watched the babies turn into adults ! It a wonderful experience....Hope to "SEA" you at the cove sooner than later

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We always meet our guests at the property and Bob and I will check you in and out. We are there to give you dining and activity suggestions

Check Out: 10AM

No parties or events

Parties may be allowed provide the comfort and noise level does not interfere with current vacationers in the other condos

Smoking Allowed

Smoking is allowed off site of apartment

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

House Rules

We will give you all the house suggestions when you arrive

Payment Policy

I would accept Pay Pal(friends and family ONLY) OR I will send you an agreement and I will send you a payment plan and you can pay by personal check.

Refundable Damage Deposit

There is a REFUNDABLE security Deposit:
No pets: $350
Pets:$500
3 day minimum from 5/1-6/18
6/18-9-9/3 is weekly rental
As long as the unit is left as clean as you found it , the deposit will be returned within 3-5 business days

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation-if cancelled 90 days in advance a full refund will be given provided that the condo can be re-rented.

Notes

No one under the age of 25 years old will be allowed unless there is parental supervision at all times on site. Dogs 30 lbs or under are allowed (may consider 2 small dogs)
