The modern kitchen features a lot of natural light from the surrounding garden view windows and includes all stainless steel appliances. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
The upstairs Master Bedroom has an oversized ensuite bathroom and a private access lanai (deck) overlooking the lush tropical gardens below, we are currently replacing the lanai railings, so the lanai may be temporarily unavailable.

High Speed Internet is Included and computer desks are available for remote guests. This rental is considered turnkey with linens, towels, dishware, and cookware provided and there is also a commercial size washer and dryer for your use and convenience. 4.712% GET and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax is required to be collected by Hawaii Law at the same time that payment is received on vacation rentals, for rent by owner, hotels, motels, condos, homes, houses, timeshares and private rentals. An equal rental deposit, a one time $495 cleaning fee, and a $150 monthly electric usage will be collected with the contract agreement. If multiple months are reserved, an additional discounted $250 cleaning service will be required every 61 Days.
