Cozy Cottage Near Skiing and Woodstock - West Shokan

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! -No unauthorized guests allowed on the property without hosts permission. -Must be at least 25 years old to book. -Please clean and dispose of all food properly. Failure to do so will attract bears.   - No shoes in the house please. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. - No smoking in the house/property. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. - Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied. -No food or drinks of any kind in bedrooms. All damaged linens will be charged to the guest. -Please do not remove makeup with white towels. Makeup towels have been provided. Extra fees will be applied for damaged towels. -Only one dog is allowed per booking. All dogs must be leashed when on the property. -No dogs on the furniture. An extra fee will be applied for soiled furniture. -No mail or packages are to be delivered in the guests name. If a package delivery is needed please pre arrange with the host. -For the safety of our septic tank please do not flush Diapers, Sanitary products such a tampons, paper towels or napkins down the toilet. Septic safe toilet paper only may be used. - PARKING: A max of 2 cars are allowed per booking. Please do not block access to the back house. See house guide for proper parking instructions - Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange or move our furniture. An extra fee will be applied if its found to have been moved.  - NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. If a party is found we guests be removed immediately and all damages, cleaning fees and lost revenue will be charged to the guest. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be called and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -No fire arms of any kind are allowed on the property. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
