Nestled at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests with comfort. Located in a private community, just a mile outside of Nellysford. Close to all wineries, breweries, and Wintergreen Resort. It includes: a large family kitchen & dining room, front porch, large rear deck, outside grill, fire pit, private parking, laundry room, large flat screen TV's (w/Samsung TV Plus), high speed WIFI, Keurig machine, and a variety of cooking supplies.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a remote lock on the front door that guests can access upon their entry. Each guest will receive a unique code for the lock upon their stay.

Check Out: 11AM

Maximum occupancy: 10

There will be a fee of $50 per person that exceeds the maximum occupancy of 10.

House Rules

Please make sure to read the following rules: 1. If using the indoor fireplace, use extreme caution and do not leave fire unattended. 2. If using the fire pit outside, please property put out fire before leaving it unattended. 3. Please keep pets off all furniture, including beds (we want to keep furniture nice for future guests!). Also, make sure dogs are caged when alone in the property. 4. If anything is broken, please notify owner so we can fix it for our future guests!

Refundable Damage Deposit

We will refund damage deposit by one week (7 days) after stay is complete.
