The condo is on the main level of the building however it is on the back side of the mountain. You will need to walk down stairs or take the ramp.

Getting around

Most guests rent a vehicle upon arrival at Denver International Airport. Granby Ranch is approximately 110 miles from the airport. Vehicle parking is available at no cost in the condo parking lot. You will need a vehicle to get around town and nearby attractions/destinations.

Hi, I'm Jennifer and welcome to Changes in Altitude, located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Granby Ranch, Granby, Colorado. We love the great outdoors and are thrilled to be able to share it with you. Granby Ranch has so much to offer as well as the surrounding areas. My daughter and I live down on the Front Range and fell in love with Granby Ranch the first time we visited.

Policies and Rules

Check Out: 11AM

Approximately a week prior to check in your specific lockbox code will be sent over to you. This code will become active at 4 pm on the day of check in. It will be deactivated at check out. If you have any questions or problems with check in or check out please let me know.

No parties or events
Events and parties are prohibited. Anyone hosting an event or party will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund or credit.
No pets
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside of the property. Despite the changes to Colorado law this does include marijuana and/or vape. Anyone found to be smoking will be assessed a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older, verified by valid ID.
House Rules
1. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

2. Smoking of cigarettes, vapor, or marijuana is NOT allowed anywhere on or inside the property. If you have been found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.

3. Maximum Occupancy: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.

4. Falsified Reservations/Subletting: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. There shall be no subletting of the premises. The Guest shall occupy and use the premises as a vacation rental only and not use the premises for any business, professional, unlawful, or hazardous purpose.

5. Minimum Age: We will not rent to those under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

6. Quiet Enjoyment: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; HOA enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. No parties allowed.

7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

8. Pets are NOT permitted by the HOA. Violation of this restriction will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and any fines assessed by the HOA (up to $300.00 USD per day).

9. Parking: Parking is available at no cost on a first come, first serve basis.

10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. If you need main service during your stay please let me know. This can be arranged at a cost of $75.00 USD per cleaning.

11. Garbage: Any garbage must be removed and placed in the secure dumpster in the parking lot. At no time can you store garage bags outside of the condo on the patio.

12. Weather/Acts of God/Power outages: Owner is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during guest’s stay on premises and no refunds will be made. Wifi and Cable TV are provided as a convenience. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to services.

13. Illegal Drugs/Activity: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the property. Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. Guest further waives any and all rights to recourse against the owner for enforcing this clause. Guest confirms and understands that property may not and will not be used for any kind of drug dealing activity, drug use and consumption, money laundering operations, organized crime or any illegal activity whatsoever. Guest is not allowed to store/keep/handle on premises of rented Property any dangerous, combustible or explosive items, or materials with such characteristics, or materials which could unreasonably raise the probability, risk or danger of a fire, or materials that are considered dangerous or highly dangerous by the responsible insurance agencies.

14. Deposit refunds: Will be returned within 2 weeks of Guest’s departure provided the property is left undamaged and without excessive cleaning required to ready the property for the next guest. Guest agrees to repair or replace any damage to the premises resulting from said tenancy. Damages that may be claimed by Owner from Guest are not limited to the amount of the security deposit and shall include any and all costs incurred by Owner to recover such damages including attorney fees. Any deductions from security deposits will be confirmed with estimates, invoices/statements or receipts for costs incurred by Owner.

15. Guests Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform "Normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to:
• Garbage removal—Please take all trash and place in the community dumpster located in the parking lot. **Do not leave trash outside of the condo as there is quite a bit of wildlife in the area**
• Please start dishwasher prior to departure.
• Place all dirty towels and linens in the bathtub. No need to start a load of laundry.
• Notification to owner of any damages or problems with the property.
• Locking of all doors and windows when departing.
• Set temperature back to 64*F on thermostat.
• Return/leave key to the lockbox. Hang keycard back inside the front door. Charge of $35 for keycard if not left.
