Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse! Our newly acquired property, located in Seagrove Beach, was just renovated in early 2016, . Cassine Garden is a unique property bordering the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Newly furnished throughout, master bedroom with king size bed with private bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds with full bathroom located off the hallway. A half bath is located on the lower level. Our property is situated on scenic Highway 30A. Unit sleeps maximum of six.

This townhouse is conveniently located across the street from the beach ( 3-4 minute walk) and within easy walking distance to shops. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals, or you may enjoy many excellent restaurants nearby. Amenities include: Linens provided, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and 2 screened in porches. Community has two pools and tennis courts. Hiking and biking trails nearby.

Recently purchased this property after renting a townhouse here for the past 2 years during the winter. The beaches are beautiful, there still is the old Florida look, you have scenic 30A and all the fabulous shopping and restaurants and culture events. Tucked away from all the crazy traffic and tourist traps. When we make a journey to the big city we have the option on Panama City one way and Destin the other way. Both around 30 minutes.
