Things you need to know upon your arrival

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 11AM

You will be provided with a door code before check in.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

House Rules

No parties. No overnight guests. No smoking inside cabin. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Maximum of 2 dogs maximum weight limit 20 lbs. Any unauthorized pets may result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction. Guest will be responsible for any damages. If any of the house rules are broken, Guest may be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check in will get 100% back of the amount paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check in 50% will be refunded. If the cancellation is less than 30 days no refund will be given.
