If any of the house rules are broken, Guest may be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check in will get 100% back of the amount paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check in 50% will be refunded. If the cancellation is less than 30 days no refund will be given.
