A self-contained, bright flat: double bedroom, private bath, private open-plan kitchen/sitting room in a quiet and peaceful new development lined with trees, flowers, benches near Canary Wharf, the O2 and Excel. Ground floor south facing balcony looking onto wide green spaces.
Few minutes walk to tube and bus network (15 minutes to central).
Secure underground parking also available on request.

The apartment is within a brand new development that creates a very tranquil area within the heart of the bustling financial centre of London.
The apartment has been furnished by ourselves personally down to the detail.

You can access all parts of the apartment and communal spaces, the on site gym is open 6am - 10pm and there is also a concierge available on site for your needs.
There is a working space and a private cinema that can be booked for personal use.

We live in the same development so will be on hand at all times if needed

The apartment is only a 7 minute walk to East India DLR station, or a 10 minute walk to Canning Town underground station (or a 3 min bus ride), there are bus stops all around the development that go in all directions.

Within a short walk of the Apartment there is: -Coop supermarket open 7am to 11pm -2 Turkish Restaurants Effes and Meydan -Percy Ingle bakery 7.30am to 5.30pm daily, 10am to 3.30pm Sunday. -24 Hour independent supermarket called Food Inn -24 Hour McDonalds -Subway eatery 7am to 11pm Weekdays, 8am to 11pm Sat, 9am to 10pm Sun. -KFC 11am to 11pm daily. -Post Office 9am to 5.30pm daily, 9am to 12.30 Saturday, Sunday closed. -Pharmacy 9am to 6.30pm daily, Sunday closed.
