Got a ride?

All guest can request a reserved parking space for an additional fee but guest must do so prior to the day of their check -in.

Alternatively, there is FREE public off street parking that is available for all guest on the perimeter of the property. If you choose to opt out of obtaining a reserved space you are more than welcomed to load and unload your vehicle at the building entrance but you will not be able to park in adjacent lot. **You will be subjected to being towed if you do so.**

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 7PM

Host greets you Check in times are between 3 PM & 7PM. if you desire a later or earlier check in please contact the host at the time of booking. Guest must contact host via app or directly with an ETA at least an Hr. before arrival if not already discussed prior to the first day of the guests reservation. Guest can load and unload their vehicles in the adjacent parking lot however, guest are NOT allowed to park in the lot overnight unless they request RESERVED parking space. Doing so will potentially have your vehicle ticketed and towed at your own expense. If you are traveling and have a vehicle, please let the host know so a RESERVED parking pass can be acquired. If a RESERVED parking pass is not available guest will need to park their vehicle on 16th St. on the opposite side of parking lot.

Any lost unit keys, lost laundry fob, lost laundry card, lock damages or any inconvenience fees will be accessed. Payment request will be sent through the portal . - NO EXCEPTIONS!
