Our "Windows of Paradise" freshly painted corner condo is on the beach, direct Gulf-front, 3rd floor, with covered parking. Easy elevator access and uncrowded beach—shared with only 9 other Rentals in this highly preferred 10-Unit building.

"Windows of Paradise" is a newly painted, tastefully decorated corner unit, with 9-foot ceilings and over 1,250 square feet that feels more like home than a condo. The Great Room offers plenty of room to relax: flat screen TV, a plush sleeper sofa, a second sofa, two comfortable chairs and dining area with a view!

The Gulf-front wall of windows are breathtaking, with a hinged door leading to the corner 25-foot private balcony perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the Gulf. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with four chairs and is full of natural sunlight. You'll enjoy all new stainless steel appliances too.

"Windows on Paradise" has King and Queen beds waiting for you, with memory foam toppers, a chair and TV in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms that have new faucet fixtures and upgraded lighting. The hallway bunk offers two comfortable single bunks (suitable for children), with USB and electrical outlet for each.

Washer and dryer is located in a hallway closet, for your convenience.

Easy elevator access. With just ten units in the condo there's easy access to the elevator. And our beach is also not crowded.

There's a sleeper sofa in the Great Room, with high speed WiFi that's password protected. The condo has 3 TVs for your indoor entertainment pleasure. Enjoy covered parking, and just a short walk to a convenience store, mini-golf, ice cream, shops and restaurants!

NOTE: During Spring Break and Summer we have a 7 night minimum requirement, arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday. If you create a booking during these dates that does not arrive and depart on a Saturday we will be forced to cancel the booking. Thanks for your cooperation.

We would welcome your reservation if:

•You are over the age of 25 years & are willing to provide a copy of your valid ID
•You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed
•You are not a smoker
•You do not want to bring a pet
•Your party does not consist of more than 8 people
