Beyond Pines - Broken Bow

Completed in May 2022, Beyond Pines is a brand-new luxury cabin with two bedrooms (kings) + two bathrooms + a bunk room (4 twins), all on one main level. The home is on 1.1 wooded acres at the back of the development in Hickory Ridge, a forested neighborhood with only 12 properties. Our location is secluded enough for you to relax but only minutes away from main attractions such as Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and Hochatown.

THE CABIN
Our luxury, single-story cabin features soaring ceilings and large windows to take in the beautiful views - almost like being in a luxury tree house. Beyond Pines has an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. There are several access points to a large wrap-around, covered outdoor patio where you can experience the natural beauty while surrounded by mature pine trees everywhere you look. Beyond Pines is the perfect getaway from your busy life that the whole family will surely enjoy.

Please note that the space is ideal for one or two families, and while the total occupancy limit is eight people, we have a limit of six adults as the top bunks are not suitable for adults. Beyond Pines is not a party house, and maximum occupancy is enforced. No pets or animals of any kind are permitted due to the owner's personal use of space due to medical conditions. For the comfort of all guests, please choose another property if pets are imperative for your stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a large island with bar stools and stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect place to cook a meal to be enjoyed by all. We offer a 12-cup coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, and a single-serve Keurig for coffee lovers. The living area has large windows and a beautiful seasonal indoor fireplace (October to April) as the focal point of this great space. There is a 65-inch smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. In the living room, you will find a comfy sectional sofa and chair with plenty of room for everyone to relax, catch up, or play games with the kids! Large windows throughout this space help to bring the outside in and create an inviting open space.

The cabin's 900 sq ft covered patio can be enjoyed year-round. It has several seating areas, including a lounge area with a 65" smart TV, an outdoor gas fireplace (seasonal mid-October to end of April), and a 6-person hot tub. A few steps down from the deck, you'll find a Weber propane outdoor grill and a custom fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores, late-night conversations, and star gazing. Kids will enjoy the climbing dome or exploring nature with our nature hunt boxes. At the same time, the whole family can enjoy a Towerball tournament.

Suppose you need a private place to do some work while visiting. In that case, we provide the highest speed fiber internet available, recently tested at 409 Mbps, and a desk with a chair in the primary bedroom.

Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps up to 8 (MAX 6 ADULTS)

Bedroom #1: King-sized bed, black-out shades, 42" smart TV, desk + chair, luggage rack, nightstands, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks, and a spa-inspired private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a gorgeous walk-in rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub.

Bedroom #2: King-sized bed, black-out shades, 42" smart TV, nightstands, large closet, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks built into the lamps, and a bench should you need somewhere to sit or extra luggage storage. This bedroom shares a full bathroom in the hall with the bunk room.

Bunk Room: 2 bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), 42" smart TV, black-out shade, large closet with a built-in bench, a constellation night light, portable fan, and a Dohm white noise machine. We also include a variety of toys, including Lincoln Logs, Little People, LEGO DUPLOS, and Children's books for bedtime. There are also two bean bag chairs for lounging or reading.

Per Oklahoma HB3282, it is unlawful for any person to misrepresent a service animal and will be immediately evicted without a refund.

Five exterior cameras monitor the property. These cameras are for our guests' safety and our cabin's security when empty. We will silence notifications after guests arrive, but we may review the camera footage if a complaint is received. There is no view of the hot tub and no interior cameras. Locations include front (2), side (2), and back patio railing.
